The bar can provide darts for you to play with, but we bring our own. The waitresses are always so attentive and helpful. They stop by multiple times to ask if you need anything. Keeping an open tab with them is probably the easiest way to go for both parties. We decided to try the Korean Fried Chicken since it was on a special for that day. And boy was it good! The flavor was great, it was cooked just right, everything about it made me want to come back and order it again. Which I probably will! There is ample parking for this bar in the parking structure above it and across the street in the old Sears parking lot at pearl ridge mall. This place can get a bit busy on weekend nights, but a very chill vibe/spot to go to after a work day if you want to have a beer with some friends or coworkers.

They have pretty cool merch here as well. Lots of space inside and it's clean and well-organized. Came over to meet up with some friends and they had already ordered some dishes to share. Also had a jug/pitcher of something light, although I can't remember what it was. Tasted just fine. Ordered the following: - Beef tacos - 5/10: shredded beef on a corner tortilla. A little overseasoned I thought. And cheddar cheese should not go on tacos. - Katsu chair siu - 5/10: Normally you'd get this traditional dish in pork or chicken. But they used char siu here. Wasn't working for me. - Fries with char siu on top - 4/10: meh. Char siu and fries don't go well with each other, especially when you drizzle teriyaki-type sauce on top. Too sweet that there's a bit of an imbalance in flavor. They also had open mic karaoke here. Crowd was kinda dead, so we tried to liven them up with a familiar country tune. Didn't work. Oh well. It's mid-week and we can't sing, so... Anyway, this isn't a bad spot to grab some brews and a few things to munch on. Onto the next.

The food was moderately good but they were out of a few things that we wanted. If you are looking for a place that has a large selection of cocktails and whiskeys then you are going to the wrong place. They have the normal selection of any local bar, but They had only one bourbon and one scotch, which was pretty surprising. We didn't stay for the karaoke but that might've been better since we had our baby with us. I was happy l they had a super cold Budweiser and a pour of whiskey on the side. The bartender who was also a server was super super friendly and helpful and patient. She was very kind to explain the menu and also about the vodka infused flavors behind the bar. We ended up ordering a couple rounds of lychee martinis as well as fried pork chops and onion rings. We weren't that hungry, but everything was super tasty and very fresh. This is conveniently located next to the bowling alley as well as other grocery stores and shops. Parking is very ample. I would definitely come back here again in the area on this part of the island and town for a bite and a good drink.

I think the idea is awesome, just terrible execution with no commitment to the theme. A nostalgia fueled watering hole with no frills drinks menu and a DJ. Party at the old Chili's restaurant at Pearl Ridge. You'll find it near the Long's and across from Blue Tropix bar. Plenty of parking. Staff are friendly. The bar has the restaurant side with tables set up if you want to grab drinks and hang out. The bar side of the restaurant has a dance floor and the DJ. When we first got there it was like an awkward middle school dance with nobody on the dance floor. By the time we left, there was a handful of young adults dancing and singing along to Apple Bottom Jeans and California Girls by Katy Perry. The drinks are decent, tho it's a lot of environmental waste because it's all served in single use plastics and take out cups. Each drink has something "special" and plastic. A blinking light ice cube. A butterfly hair clip. A plastic stir straw with a star on it. Shots served on mini beer pong red plastic cups. The music was all from the year 2000+. My personal theory is that 90% of music sucked after we slipped past Y2K. We played a trivia game, playing "guess the year this song came out" and 95% was later than 2000. Backstreet Boys, Missy Eliot, Katie Perry, Britney. Like going to a teenage girls slumber party circa 2008. No nineties hip hop, pop, grunge etc. They should have done their research. The decor was mostly 80's movie posters. Gremlins, children of the corn, back to the future, ET. There were some VHS cassettes and tapes scattered around and a few neon lights. The music was a decade too late and the decor a decade too early. Food menu was lunchables, uncrustables (saucer shaped PB&J sandwiches in more plastic), Slim Jim's to snap into and pringles. So I ordered one. It came and I took a sip and it tasted...gross. Off. Burned a little. So I asked a friend to drink it. Full of vodka. They served me alcohol. She was kind when I brought it up and took it off the bill and brought me a free bottle of water. Then promptly avoided all eye contact for the rest of the night. Inside was freezing. Besides decor and music, it wasn't nearly as fun as we expected. No food besides bar nuts. It would be a game changer if they had at least a couple items of food. Shoot, they could have made a fortune serving hot pockets! Would never come back. Absolutely a one and done.
