I had a horrible experience with Crystal and Brianna in Customer Service / Support. I have been a customer for 3 years, and my dispute is over a $140.00 claim (they already offered $350.00 for a mirror replacement - but not for the clear coating that was in place prior to this incident). The claim is for the clear coating on my passenger side mirror. I feel Club Carwash is at fault and the clear coating should be replaced. I am seeking information from the vehicle dealer regarding the mirror and if I feel Club Carwash is still responsible, I will be proceeding with legal action. If I feel Club Carwash isn't responsible, I will not pursue this matter any further. However, based on my experience with Customer Service I am still cancelling my membership. read more

Absolutely positively do NOT go to this car wash. They attendants here place you entirely too close to the vehicles in front of you. If someone stops because they don't understand carwashes, their machine does not have a safety measure to turn off quick enough. If and WHEN you rear-end someone or someone rearends you, like in my case, they will NOT cover it and blame the other individual. Who, by the way, will have taken off before you can get out of the wash. What an Absolutely terrible business practice. DO NOT go here unless the money you save per month, is worth an the worlds slowest accident in which you pay for. Use Olympic down the street. I went to review my MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP and the kid says he accidentally charged me for the yearly membership and said I'd have to call customer service to get a refund, fine. After arguing with customer service for 30 minutes I was told that they'd refund the yearly membership but in order to do this if need to purchase the monthly membership again.reluctantly I did this and received my "yearly charge" after a week, fine. The following month I was again charged for a monthly membership (which I did not agree to). Called customer service again and explained to a "less than interested lady". She proceeded to tell me that she had no record of my paying for a monthly membership when I called in the prior month. I told her that it was on my bank statement....she just wasn't going to believe me. So I sent her a "PDF" of BOTH statements. No luck!! So again I just "ate" the $32 but immediately went online to cancel the membership. They offered me half price ($15) monthly membership.....cool. But the next month they again charged me full price ($32) shown at next statement. Once again after a long phone call to customer service that got me NO WHERE this time I completely cancelled my membership. Guess what? Next bank statement there was once again $32 taken by club car wash (keep in mind, each time I tried to cancel was at least 4 weeks prior to the next due date. Although I know I'll never get any money back I'm going to cancel and call again (this is the 8th of March and my payments have been taken out on the 7th so again 4 weeks plus before next withdrawal is due!!! This car wash I just started to be a member. Was with a different car was club in PV but the end of the car was had this big towel drying wheel that comes down always was dirty and scratched the hood of my car but could not prove it. Then when you go to the vacuuming area to get towels then dry your car, I could see the towels applying dirt back on my car. It did that many different times before I quit. This car wash going through the wash seemed fresh, the end were blow driers which was great. I had a bark on my hood from sap that after my first time going in and drying came out! I don't know what car soap they use here but my car looked grand new!!!! Love it 110%! The location was in Overland Park Kansas. read more

I usually go to another carwash, but I've seen this business popping up all over the metro so thought I'd give it a try. I was in the Leavenworth area, my car was dirty, so why not? Boy, was I in for a real treat! The young female that assisted me certainly proved she had no home training/people skills or decency about her job. Something as simple as a carwash...really? People that make a CHOICE to serve in any customer service related position Just ought to be nice, kind, polite...Geeezzz Louise...especially when kindness is shown to you. Rude looks ugly. It IS UGLY! How bout it isn't that deep or at least it shouldn't be. I just wanted to enter the carwash, pay and proceed. When I go, I do NOT want or need a salesman or saleslady for that matter hounding me to purchase a monthly membership (been down that road and the experience was not good, more later on that). I don't like being delayed either...asking which wash I want etc. Let ME insert my own card or cash and go, PLEASE! Unnecessary hands handling my card, tying me up, infringing on my time. STOP! If I want a membership or have questions, I'll ask or come to YOU. I wasn't nasty at all. I was half greeted from the start with a FUNKIFIED attitude. Ugh! I can't stand it and folks it's getting worse. All the craziness for a carwash. What has this world come to? LORD, Help! At last, I made it past her then lo and behold SHE was one of the ones pre-washing my car before I drove through the main wash. Smh, for real. I must say, the best thing about the wash was THE WASH, thus the 4 stars. I was pleased with how clean my car was. The place topped some of the other carwashes that I use so kudos for that! One of the things I don't like about 'memberships' is this: it takes an instant to ACH your card each month, but forever to refund money when you somehow accidentally double charge me in a month. Hmmmm? Something is wrong with this picture. Too much red tape 'fixing things' when clearly it was their error. Warning...Watch your accounts people. Had I not been eyeballing my coins I may not have caught it right away. I know it can happen with any monthly membership that debits, just sayin'... Lastly, I am stand-off-ish to a degree about most things 'Club' (unless it's a cracker), but NEVER did I EVER expect to have such an unpleasant experience having my car freshened up. Guess it goes to show no place of business is exempt from foolishness. Tip of the day: When nasty and mean at the carwash, go through it yourself, you'll be all the better at the end! read more

If you have a nice car do not use this car wash. Since joining, 2 rear window wipers broken which they will not replace. Last week rear ended because they jam the cars too close together, young impatient attendants who really don't know what they are doing, stay away from this car wash read more

If I could I would give them 0 stars. They put the car way too close in the car wash, and if someone does not leave the wash as soon as it says "Go" you have a great chance to hit the car in front of you, or get hit by someone on the back. Ahhhh. And if you get hit, the car wash will not be responsible for the damage. Just like happened to my husband last week. read more

Perfect for the quick stop by car wash and get going with your errands! No fuss and love the damp scented towel I can grab to wipe down the interior while I go through the wash. The vacuum is well attended and no trash or debris and bays are open. Really enjoy the drive up scan and go feature to get right in line! read more

They hire kids who are impatient, and careless. you can't fully blame the children because they only have a few people a day working in HOT weather. anyway, theres been two incidents involving myself and a close relative. not only do they put us too close together in line, they don't put everyone along the rails which can be a dangerous or expensive cost. both me and the relative have gotten rear ended, INSIDE the car wash while it was operating. please, if you feel like you're being rushed by these children to hurry and get in line, do not be afraid to wait, for YOUR comfortability. read more

I took advantage of the $10/month for the first 3 months and now I'm still paying for the $40/month mvp package. Its been about 5 months total and I'm dropping down to the basic monthly package. I absolutely love the free vacuum here and it alone makes the monthly package worth it because it has a very strong suction. Caution to remove anything valuable before you start vacuuming. I get the basic wash when taking my husband's car in and honestly there isnt a noticeable difference between the cleanliness of his car and mine after a wash. Even when there is a line, it moves pretty fast, and there always seems to be an available vacuum station no matter how busy it is. I wish they would move the tip box near the vacuums because all that water spraying deters ppl from rolling down their window. The fact that they give free towels to borrow and a spray bottle is a plus but it would be nice to have a wash/rinse place for all weather floor mats. Overall, it is the best carwash in the LV/Lansing area which is why I drive out of my way to use it. read more

Tire shine feature a REAL issue! Exited the wash to find like a tar substance on the white lettering on the sidewalls. Drove home and found that whatever substance they used was now splattered down both sides of my white truck! Wiped off but very disappointed. Will be downgrading my membership to the very basic wash. I find it very hard to believe that this hasn't been brought to their attention in the past. CMON GUYS - FIX IT! read more
