I meant to post this earlier, but I kept forgetting. I took my cat Jackson here to be boarded for the first time in August and it went so well. Everything was so easy from making the reservation, getting my questions answered, dropping him off and picking him up. I felt like they cared and he was well taken care of. They said everything went well with his appetite and medication administration (which was no additional charge). I loved the card saying how his stay went as well. I have been taking my dogs to Club Pet (east of Parker) for years. Before that, I used to take my roommate's dogs here for grooming. The staff here are friendly, and the facility is nice. This is basically "out in the country", with lots of open space, and few neighbors. Boarding runs $20 per day, per dog. This is by far one of the most affordable places for boarding that I have found in the Denver metro area. Boarding includes treats, multiple walks per day, and a surprising amount of amenities. You get a "report card" on how your dog did (food consumed, BM's, socialization, etc.) during his or her stay. For some extra fees, you can upgrade your pooch to "Elite" level boarding. You can even add on ala carte activities and treats. Which might be worth it if your pet needs a high level of interaction. Usually when I pick my dogs up after boarding at other places they are mildly traumatized and extremely glad to see me. When I picked my dogs up from Club Pet the last time, I swear that they were disappointed to have to leave and had been having a very good time while I was out of town for work. Grooming here is similarly affordable compared to other locations. The grooming cost includes nail trimming and bath (no extra charges for that). I am particularly fond of the groomer, and feel that she (and the other staff) really like my dogs. They also offer Doggie Daycare and Cat Boarding. (This does not actually involve striking cats with boards, so be forewarned) Hours of Operation: - Monday through Friday 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM - Saturday from 7 AM to 5 PM - Sunday from 7 AM to 5 PM Management lives on the property to ensure the safety of your pets. read more

We boarded our dogs over the Labor Day weekend. I made the reservation on-line and got a confirmation saying they would need a Bortadella vaccination within 6 months which was a new requirement for us. When we arrived for the first time, we got a tour of the facility. They have a web cam, so you can occasionally see your pet when they are outside. They have check out hours and certain weekend and holiday hours. They don't require an Exit Bath like our last kennel in Florida. The staff was friendly. We love Club Pet Resort at Parker, and so does our dog! The staff are great and friendly, and they always greet our dog as if he is one of their own. Our dog has always come back as healthy as we left him, unlike other kennels nearby where we always had to do a follow up vet visit. We love that the staff are very quick to respond to emails for reservations and/or inquiries. At the very beginning, we were allowed to visit the premises, and it is a very clean and well maintained facility, and all the dogs seemed happy. As much as we miss our dog when we leave him for a few days, its good to know he is in good hands. read more

Great grooming service! Made an appointment for Tuesday am drop off of our 3 doggies all different in breed-style treatment. A Yorkie, mixed terrier rescue and an English Bulldog. All awesome pups but needed to be spruced up for sure. We met the groomer, filled out the paperwork and I was told Id be called or texted if I preferred. At about 4:45 I was informed they were ready. I wish I had remembered to take pictures right away as they are like piggies and ran into the mud when they got home (not literally as we don't have mud) so cannot display their cuts but they were nice & cleaned, nails trimmed, ears cleaned and coats washed-cut. Perfect! For the price as well this is our new home for grooming and possibly boarding. read more

Club Pet literally saved our dog's life. We were travelling on the east coast when we got a call from Club Pet saying they were concerned about Roscoe's behavior. Lisa, the owner took him for a walk and said she was fearful he had a twisted stomach. We'd never even heard of this condition: Bloat, also known as Gastric Dilatation-Volvulus (GDV), is a serious condition that can happen to any large breed dog. With our approval they rushed him to the emergency vet where he received live saving surgery. We still shutter to think what would have happened if we were home because we probably wouldn't have recognized the symptoms. The staff is great at Club Pet. Lisa must treat them well because there is very little turnover. We've used them dozens of times and continue to be very happy. They even have a nickname for Roscoe - "little big man" read more

I was interested in signing up my pup (bully mix) for doggy day care so I went in to do a free trial. Once I got there I was informed that bully breeds are not allowed to play with other dogs per owner policy. She was not even given the chance to be evaluated. As an owner of a bully mix I am not naive to the responsibility it takes, and I have spent a lot of time and money making sure my girl was properly trained and socialized but I am incredibly angry that she was not even given the chance to be evaluated. I would not recommend any owner of any breed takes their dog here. read more

We have been clients of Club Pet in Parker for almost 10 years and always recommend them. The staff is helpful and I like that they always give you a written "report card" about your pet's stay. We had a dog with medical issues who we were very comfortable leaving in their care. We had foster dog with some personality issues and the staff was great with her. read more

The lovely ladies at the counter assured me that, although I had not made a reservation, they'd still be able to take my 2 dogs. I've used Andrea for our dogs grooming needs for many, many years. She always does a fantastic job! She is so good with our dogs... they love her! Her advice about different problems we've had with our dogs over the years has been more valuable than that of our vet! When our vet suggested that we put our collie down because of her problems as she aged, it was Andrea who figured out that she was allergic to chicken! I can't believe our vet didn't realize she had an allergy. It was a simple fix that saved her life. Our dogs always love to go to Club Pet for boarding. They've always been excited and happy to go and we've never had to worry about them when they were there. I can't recommend this place enough! read more

Just moved to Parker, and had to find a place for my dogs while we made the last u-haul trip. My dogs are old and not social, so I appreciate when I find a place that will honor their needs, while still allowing them some good "yard time". I can tell when they're stressed, but when I picked them up they couldn't have looked happier and more content. Plus, I had them get a bath... boy they looked handsome! Seriously like they'd just spent time at the spa -- and they're not the "grooming type". Very happy, and we'll definitely be back! read more

Finding this place is a bit of a chore. We took our dogs a few times and didn't notice anything particularly unusual when picking them up. The staff was always friendly. I just never had a really good feeling leaving them. Everything is closed off so you can't see any part of the property and they were hesitant to give me a tour so I didn't push it. But from the moment you walk in you can hear dogs consistently barking - each and every time. That is something I haven't experienced before with any other location. My dog isn't very good with other dogs so it is hard to find a place to board her. Club Pet is able to keep her segregated and I make sure to get her extra "cuddle time" to keep her company. They seem to love her and she has always comes home healthy and happy. Their extra long hours are deserving of their own star! read more

We were new to Colorado...just moved from Florida for a job and had to stay in an extended stay for 2 months with 2 cats...2 kids and our dog.....THANK GODDNESS FOR CLUB PET! The staff is amazing! They all get so excited to see my dog and he is always excited to see them! They saved our pooch from being stuck in the room while we worked...he became so much happier going there! I am so happy I found Club Pet Parker! They deserve 10 stars! It's always stressful to leave your pets at boarding and worry if they are being taken care of. Well, the staff at Club Pet Parker were more amazing than I could have wished for! One of my dogs is a difficult eater and you have to stay on top of him to make him eat. Most boarding places won't take the extra time to do this or give him the special attention. The girls at Club Pet Parker understood the challenge and spent as much time as necessary and tried every trick to get him to eat. They even weighed him at drop off and when we picked up to make sure he hadn't lost weight. BONUS: Lisa and Hailey also emailed me regularly to let me know how he and my other dog were doing. That really put my mind at ease, knowing they were being well cared for. Also, the groomer is the bomb! Our two German Shepherds went in looking like puffy fur balls. They came home smelling wonderful and all of their winter coat was gone. Sleek and shiny :) And because they are on 25 acres, my dogs had plenty of room for walking, playing with other dogs and in the pool and sprinklers. I will for sure always board our babies at Club Pet Parker, they go above and beyond. read more

First time to Club Pet Resort yesterday only for grooming. The staff was very friendly and really seems to care about your dogs. They did an awesome grooming job on my Bichon and Maltese. My furry babies were so soft and smelled delicious. They were happy and weren't tired (as if they'd been sedated like at other groomers). Prices were reasonable. We will definitely return, and I'd be very comfortable with boarding them if I ever needed to. I know my babies would receive a lot of TLC from the wonderful staff. I have boarded my dog Amelie several times here at Club Pet. She seems well loved by the staff and always happy. Recently, I started boarding both my dog and my husband's dog Loba. Loba is a German Shepard and needs a lot of tlc when it comes to her grooming. The first time we boarded Loba we decided to get her groomed and when we picked her up we have never seen her look so pretty. Worth every penny. So pleased with the staff and management. They really care for your dogs as if they are their own. read more

Club Pet in Parker has been taking great care of our furry kids for the past 22 years. Our experience with Lisa, David and their staff has always been positive and special--they truly care about all of our dogs! It's been a blessing, know that our pups over the years (six in total) have been in great hands while we travel. Currently, we have two "special needs" dogs--one is super thunder-shy and the staff will come into his kennel during a storm and sit with him to calm him down, even at night. The other dog has degenerative neck disease and takes medication--the staff is great about keeping her healthy. And the dogs are always clean, happy and tired after their Club Pet Vacation--a great bonus! We would highly recommend Club Pet to anyone looking for a wonderful place to board their animals. read more

This was my first experience with Club Pet Resorts, or any dog daycare, and I am beyond impressed with the quality of service they provided. Having a puppy and never having it left your sight for more than just a couple of hours, to putting it into boarding for several nights with a group of people you've never met was a bit nerve-racking. Our two little dogs have been guests of Lisa and her team since early 2011 when we moved to Colorado and needed long term boarding while we were moving. Since then we have not looked for another facility for boarding or grooming. We have exclusively used the East Parker Rd site, so I can't comment on their DIA facility. All our experiences have been very good and the dogs attitude at drop-off and pick-up has been fine. read more
