I joined on 3/1 and haven't been able to join a class yet because of the long (6+) waitlists. I've been #4 for the 3/16 waitlist since 3/1 and have not moved! They don't tell you how hard it is to get into a class when you sign-up so be mindful that when your credits reset, getting into a class within the first 2 weeks of your credit refresh will be like the hunger games! read more

Out of any fitness club I have ever belonged to, Club Pilates has been my favorite so far. Since it is just classes, and you have to sign up ahead of time, it really forces me to go every single day. There is a good variety of types of Pilates classes, so it doesn't feel like you are doing the exact same thing everyday. The instructors at this location are fantastic. I do have my favorite instructors for certain, but honestly the ones that are there right now are all great. A few things I don't like, but not enough to knock off a star. Sometimes getting into a class can be a pain. Often I have to be on the waitlist for a class. Most of the time I am able to get the class of my choosing, however sometimes I have to choose a different time that isn't always the most convenient. If you have the unlimited plan, you are also not allowed to sign up for more than one class a day UNLESS, there is room. Someone at the front desk can place you in the class if that happens. I don't always want to take more than one class a day, but sometimes I would like the option. Especially if it's on a day when my favorite instructor is teaching and I want more than one class specifically with them. I think for the price that we are paying to attend such an expensive Pilates club, more class times should be available so everyone can go to the classes they want to be in. read more

Anastasia the manager today laughed at me on the phone, while I was madly angry for losing my money, the Club is not gonna return it, Anastasia said. I'm going to sue the club and the persons who are involved in this abuse. I payed for 8 classes and every time I wanted to book the class the dates were busy or on waitlist. Club Pilates canceled many class for me, because I had to rebook it and the system canceled it. It is not fear. When I pay for classes, I have to use all of them. It's up to me whether I'm busy or I have an emergency or I'm free. Just because the club has a small space and it's not enough for every member, doesn't mean I have to lose the class which I payed for! read more

Unfortunately, I have to drop my review down to 1 star because of the owners behavior. I signed up when they first opened as a founding member. Which I later found out really meant nothing. However, I enjoyed the workouts. The instructors are all fantastic Never had one after over a year and a half of classes that I didn't like. Then I moved too far to keep coming and called to cancel my membership. The owner wouldn't even get on the phone and relayed messages to me through the front desk person. The owner even asked me to PROVE that I moved. All I wanted was to cancel my subscription. They charged me anyway for another month. Classes that I can not use, or its an hour and a half drive to take a 50 minute class. Shame on the owner of this Club Pilates for your behavior. I'll try and do the classes you charged me for, but I will never be back after that. read more

More like 4.5 stars. I came here for their free intro class. It's seriously makes me wonder why other studios don't do this more often. It was an amazing intro class with the lovely instructor Hope. She was great with modifications and adjusting your form. The class was structured to provide a little bit of everything. Loved it! They do have a changing room which is tiny. The changing room has little cubbies (no lockers), two benches, and a few hangers. There is a bathroom located in the back. The part I didn't like was at the end when you're asked to sit through their selling points for their membership. It wasn't too aggressive but still aggressive. They don't have many options for memberships. Each membership tier is also a three month commitment while a drop-in class without membership is $35/class. I do wish when they try to sell memberships to be less aggressive. Most of their night classes start at 7pm which unfortunately doesn't work with my work schedule. It would be nice if they didn't make me feel like that's an excuse when it's a real limitation. Aside from that, I think I'll be back for a full class whenever I am available if Hope is the instructor. I think it would also be a good idea to open a location closer to the D train. That way I might actually be able to purchase a membership and go more often. I'm already itching for a full class. read more

Club Pilates has been my home away from home for almost a year now and I have loved it! Each class offers something new and exciting, and gives me that burn I crave from a workout. I feel so much stronger! The instructors are warm and so knowledgable. They do 500 HOURS of training to become top tier professionals in the fitness world, but more than that, they are so so caring and seem to really know members on an individual level. Everyone in this community is friendly and helpful from the owner and management to the front desk staff. Front desk will recommend you a personal class regimen based on your goals. This Club Pilates is one of my favorite locations to do my workout,and meet my friends. Staff is really amazing,helpful and always make you smile. They have positive vibe floading around the studio. Instructors are great and know what they are doing. General manager and the owner of the studio is always helpful, respectful and cheerful. I love all their classes,they have variety of different class levels so you choose which level is good for you. They have variety of beautiful exercise socks,merchandise for sale and lately they keep getting the news t shirts, sweaters and leggings as well. Why do I recommend this place? Because this is the only right place in where you will get full body workout, fire up your core, meet new people and feel like a newborn baby after every workout. Everyday is different workout, instructors work really hard to bring new things to the next class. They also offer Teacher training programs in where you will become certified Pilates instructor and start a new career path. I would absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for something new to try and have a whole new body after just a 3 months. I was surprise how it actually had great impact on the inner thighs,anterior and posterior parts of the legs,tri and biceps too...and most esp. my abs! which is the most in need of help(). When you sign up, they don't tell you till after you're registered that you can't cancel for 60 days. When I finally have the opportunity to cancel, I'm told the cancellation won't take effect for another 30 days. I'm going out of the country for three weeks and request postponement and they tell me it's past the 14 day window. Poor availability, extremely inflexible and the woman rushed me off the phone starting to catch an attitude. I really love this place a lot. The studio is clean, well-appointed, and full of natural light. The front desk staff is very lovely, and most of the instructors provide thorough and challenging total body workouts with enthusiasm and humor. My only gripe is that during prime time, Thursday evenings, the instructor leads classes that are at once extremely advanced, (the 6:30 class is designated as Level 1) and unsafe. Clearly she wants to prove how hardcore she is, and that is immediately evident in her demeanor alone, but a Level 1 Pilates class is not the appropriate place to demonstrate acrobatics and expect piking. If you are unable to keep up or need a modification she approaches you in a frustrated and quizzical tone, as if to say you don't belong there. To top it off, she consistently starts and ends classes late, without any regard for the time that these students took out from their evenings to enjoy a challenging but enjoyable Pilates session. For $239 (more than any luxury gym) a month I should not have to avoid any instructors and this behavior should be corrected, not encouraged as Club Pilates does on their Instagram. read more

I've been coming to classes for almost 2 months and I LOVE IT! I'm here at least 4 days a week 2 classes a day. The instructors are super nice and the classes are challenging. Bobby always makes me laugh which I need during those trying exercises especially in Bobby boot camp. Hope's cardio class gets me going Friday mornings, Hannah is slow and methodical in a good way and Alicia always reminds us breath with movement. read more

Please stay away from this highly unscrupulous place! My wife went to a couple of classes and was offered the opportunity to sign up for a membership. She gave them a business credit card. After one month, they mysteriously began charging a personal card that she had used in their gift shop totally unauthorized. We asked them to switch it and they did not. We then informed them a month ago of our intention to cancel the membership. In what I believed was a sign of good faith and reasonableness, seeing as they had ALREADY charged her card for that month, I did not call up and demand back the $135 they had charged even though she did not intend to use it. Fast forward a month later and a pending charge shows up for yet another $135. When I called to inquire, they rudely informed me that "company policy" dictated that they "had" to charge me yet again, because they received our notice of cancellation 27 days ago and there fore they will be charging us again on a card that we never authorized them to charge to begin with. This business is apparently based on swindling people out of their money. I would highly recommend that you not give them any personal information or credit cards as they will actually steal from you. I am obviously disputing this with my credit card company but caveat emptor to all potential clients of this establishment. read more

I really enjoy the place and conveniently, it's a 2 minute walk from my house. I started off with a 4 class pack and now I attend 8 classes monthly. The studio is very modern looking.. The front desk is very nice and accommodating w cancellations and rescheduling because life happens! Also, I suffered from frequent muscle cramps and after 2 months of pilates and working on my core and back, i don't experience those anymore. I love this place. It is convenient to my home, very clean and well priced. Elad is wonderful, always kind and accommodating!!! All the instructors are fun and give a really good workout. If you haven't done pilates and want to give it a try, go here. They give free intro sessions, which is nice. I tried a free intro session and decided it was my kind of exercises. I suffer from arthritic pain and it hasn't bothered me yet. It actually relieves my symptoms at times, and if you have an issue, just tell the instructor and they will work with you, modify your workouts. I am so glad I found Club Pilates! read more

STAY AWAY! I bought a single trial class with this company via telephone and paid with a debit card to reserve my seat. The date of the class I signed a month to month contract with them and provided a different debit card. After an unsuccessful transaction with the credit card that was provided on my contract, they charged my initial card that was used for a single trial class, without my authorization. It was never mentioned that the first credit card would be stored on file, nor did I request or approve this action. After making unauthorized transaction on my credit card, that was used as one time visit i contacted them for the resolution. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the help I was looking for. Instead the first representative I spoke to had a lack of knowledge to assist me and kept misinforming me and placing me on hold to verify information. I called back in hopes of speaking with more competent representative, but the only got worse from there. The male representative I spoke to with extremely rude and continuously cut me off and on one point even started raising his voice on me and the hang up on me.
