The atmosphere is always positive and the instructors have always been welcoming. I have left a review awhile back via google or their feedback intake and the owners were amazing at reaching out to me to acknowledge my feedback and thanked me for it. I look forward to eventually starting back up with taking classes here as I'm settled with moving. I love that you can also pay for one class, especially if you're a beginner or have a chaotic schedule and cannot commit to paying for a set # of classes. They offer packages/passports for those who are more set in their routines and are frequent patrons. Ranging from early morning classes or evening classes after you get off from work.

Loree is not only very helpful, she is friendly and has a great vibe about her. I was able to enjoy both the Pilates on the reformer and the mat classes along with a private session, I loved the constant variety, no class is the same and each move allows the ability to cater to your needs. Loree knew I had been dealing with a shoulder injury and was always suggesting alternative moves for me to do! I highly recommend taking her classes, you won't be disappointed! Loree is a firecracker and I look forward to taking more classes when I'm in town

They are all so friendly and the classes are challenging with options for everyone. I've been to several yoga studios and this is the only one where I get the instructors cared about learning my name. The facility also clean and beautiful. The bathroom even has a shower.
