Abby Jo is absolutely the best instructor. She is so energetic and knowledgeable and provides the best work out. I wish she was at this studio more often. I've been going to this Pilates studio for about 10 months. There are some really great instructors here, but also some not-so-great ones, and the inconsistency is pretty noticeable. Sometimes I get an amazing workout, but most of the time I don't feel like I do. Be careful with your packages, too. I tried to downgrade mine and was charged anyway, and no one has gotten back to me about it. They also seem to have trouble keeping instructors--classes and schedules are constantly changing. This review is for the Cherry Hills office and their waiting list policy. If you only use the monthly membership you only have 4 classes. They are pretty full early morning or afternoon so you need to book wait in advance on the 1 of the month. As an alternative you sign up on the waiting list and you can get add to a class up to 2 hours before. However this is not clear and they don't tell you at least you ask or read the long contract that they make you sign in 2 minutes. I got a message pass midnight that I was add to an early class however i was sleeping when i got it and I was sleeping early morning when the class took place. they refused to give me the credit back. you are only entitled to one per year and they don't care if you have kids or sleeping. make sure you read and you are available last minute or you just pay a very expensive membership for not going to classes. I wish there was more flexibility. not worth the money if you can not do all classes. too expensive. read more

My experience was similar to some others on here. Was sold a 4 pack that turned into a 12 pack due to a 3 month minimum. You lose your classes if you don't use your 4 within the month. Classes are difficult to get into with wait lists up to 10 + people waiting. When I tried to cancel after I noticed a charge on account for a 4th month I was told I had to give a 30 day notice because the membership automatically renews. I asked to speak to a manager to cancel and was told she would call me back. Never heard back. They should have a wait list for memberships rather than classes. I felt scammed. I was so excited about this studio. The reviews were great and my trial class was excellent. Unfortunately, once I decided to sign on (via an informal text message), I was emailed back an agreement full of forged signatures! I emailed back questioning the signatures that were not mine, but no response. Then I started getting calls from billing. I kept calling the studio but it took me to a full voicemail box every time. Finally, after 2 weeks, I got ahold of them and they canceled my membership. Like I said, I was really excited to join this studio, but there's something weird going on and I don't want to find out. read more

I love coming here. The classes are always fantastic and they have a great group of instructors. They typically have space so you can socially distance if you'd like. I really enjoy Donovan's classes for moving from CP 1 to CP 1.5. They are challenging but he does a great job of taking note of who is in the class. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. They've had 3 owners in the last year. The newest owner only cares about making money. I was in a horrible car accident and they would not let me cancel my membership without paying for the entire month. I sent in doctor's notes saying I could not participate in Pilates and the owner did not care. I was told there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend this over priced studio or any other club Pilates studio. Save your time and money and don't go to club Pilates. Try a local gym instead where you're treated like a human. read more

I will echo the other one star reviews on here, and also state that I would give negative stars if that were an option. I never write bad reviews on Yelp as I know that affects livelihood of independent businesses, but my experience with this studio was worse than bad so I felt compelled to write one as the only way I can cope with how this studio robbed me out of ~$1000. I spent ~$1000 on a service that I did not even use once! After signing up to join the studio last Thanksgiving, I froze my membership and I got a confirmation of this. Thinking that I had froze my membership indefinitely, I proceeded with my life until last month when I wanted to unfreeze. I reached out to the studio and realized that (a) I had been paying $109 a month for the past 11 months, and (b) the freeze was never initiated under old management and that they were sorry. I think that the studio writes contracts in a way that is super unclear and is meant to trap you in a cycle of paying even if something comes up and you cannot use the service (working 60+ hours per week, I did not take the time to closely read through the contract, so I guess this is on me...). Be extremely careful signing on to a membership as it might result in a huge waste of money and a huge headache. I will NEVER go to another Club Pilates ever again and I would sincerely caution you before signing onto a free intro class. Not to mention that the actual instruction was only mediocre. read more

Absolutely phenomenal! I just tried the intro class and it was fantastic. The assistant manager, Ashley was so friendly and knowledgeable. Melissa was our instructor and she was so sweet and patient with everyone in the class. They have a special going on for the grand opening and I just felt so great after the intro class that I couldn't help but sign up for a membership right away. I will also say, a big plus was that everyone else that attended the class was so nice and supportive. I was kind of concerned that with a group setting I'd be worried about being judged but I didn't feel that way once. I would highly recommend checking it out at least signing up for the free intro class! read more

I did love this studio, now I've injured my back. I call to cancel and they said their policy is to require 30 days notice, so I would have to pay an additional month. I could provide a doctors note that they will submit to corporate for consideration. I can't imagine there is no loophole for local owners to make that call on their own. Either way, I haven't been in three weeks that I paid for and will most likely be required to pay another month that I will also not use, but I am a child that needs a doctors note. I recently was introduced To Pilates in Cherry Hills. I have rheumatoid arthritis and was in a pretty severe car accident last year. I've never tried Pilates and a friend brought me to the intro class. I was skeptical at first looking at all the machines but willing to try anything. This place is amazing! It's a beautiful brand new building with all new equipment. The instructors are so helpful and listen to what your body needs, and manage to make working out fun! I'm already feeling so much stronger in day to day activities and it's also much more affordable than I thought it would be. Club Pilates Cherry Hills member for life, thank you guys! read more

I have been loving this place! After my best friend became a member here she brought me along with her to try a free class and I was hooked! The pricing is much more affordable than other Pilate's studios in the area. I've been a member for almost 2 months and have lost 2 inches around my waist & my arms are starting to look more defined! This is the first time I've ever felt like I get to workout and have fun at the same time! The staff is so friendly & helpful I finally feel like I'm apart of an awesome workout community. Club Pilates Cherry Hills is great. I love the variety of workouts, the instructors and the vibe.

I would highly recommend this location! I was a member for about a year after having gone through knee surgery (ACL and meniscus) and this was an instrumental piece of my successful recovery. The studio is always clean and their equipment is top notch. Additionally, all of the instructors are awesome - highly qualified and accommodating. The class schedule is very convenient as well. I was working 10-12 hour days, and was able to take a class 6 days a week. They've recently added more challenging 2.0 classes. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive, and she goes above and beyond. read more

Also, I have shopped around for the best price in town.. and surrounding areas- and this one is the best! You definitely get your bang for your buck. I started seeing results after only a few visits.
