I have been going to this club since November of 2024. It has been a journey seeing how strong I have been able to get. All of the instructors are very sweet and supportive of our journeys. There has not been one class I walked out of not feeling the rush of a great workout. The instructors give nice corrections and feedback and motivate you to finish the workout, especially when it's tough. I like Shina and Corey but all the ladies are great and help you with a fundamental understanding of Pilates and breathing techniques. read more

Staff is accommodating. The parking can get chaotic on the weekends and when I was late to class, they told me I can choose another class to go to so I wouldn't lose my one of my monthly credit. It's almost as if they don't want diversity at this location. I was the only woman of color in my intro class and the way the staff talked to me and treated me like as if they didn't want me there. Mind you, it was my first going. They never followed up with me and called me back when I reached out to them after the class to test out. They never showed any type of diligence or intention towards caring for me as a potential member. You can tell that the staff here are not used to being around people of color. Every class is amazing I highly recommend this Pilates club. I have been attending for 1.5 years! I'm 77 years old and I've done Tai Chi for years but couldn't find a teacher in the Fresno area so happy I found Pilates! Each teacher is different and ofter special attention to each student. Pilates helps a range of low to high impact strength and flexibility which brings me better physical and mental health. Their customer service is, at best, complete harassment. Nonstop texts, calls, voicemails. I ended up blocking the number. If you opt out of their texts, you automatically get dropped from the intro class, with no warning of such. The amount of staff at the front desk gives vulture vibes. I believe the countless reviews that say once you have a membership, good luck ever canceling it. They definitely present themselves and their business that way. I did the intro class with a friend, after getting dropped from it, re-added, and my friends getting dropped from it as well due to the texting harassment issue, in just the few days leading up to the class lmao. Set up an appointment to mix up the fitness routine. Try something new! After setting it up an email was sent to confirm. It said grip socks are required along with recommending bringing water and a towel. Already time! Arrived! Greeted upon walking in and signed in. You sign another waiver before beginning. The worker was happy do answer any questions. The Club Pilates is safe, clean and practiced. There was a class going on and it was pretty interesting and definitely a big difference from a regular workout. Great change! The trainer was yelling directions snd they ended with clapping in celebration of completing the class. Courtney gave the intro. Very kind. She informs you of everything. She gives the anatomy of the Reformer. Foot bar and tension information too! A lot of inhale & exhale and completely different movements. Lots of great, difficult stretches! My body is shocked. The instructors at Club Pilates are knowledgeable and encouraging. The classes are small and are offered at different levels. Sign-ups for these classes do get filled up pretty early. I like the variety of classes offered. My personal favorite is the cardio sculpt. Try the introductory class for free if you're interested in pilates. Doing so will give you a discounted enrollment fee. Be aware that there is a 3-month commitment when you sign up. There is also a fee for missing a class without giving them further notice. read more

So while I LOVE the reformer machine and wish I could have it for my apartment it wasn't worth it. Went to the free class to test it out and they gave us the shortest session ever. Kept talking about how if we signed up it would be longer. A free session to me should be the full experience. So then we finish and someone is going on and on about signing up. The costs are INSANE! 130 to go only 4 times a month and if you want unlimited it's over 200 a month. WHO HAS THAT KIND IF MONEY? We obviously said no and they kept just going on and on and I wanted to just walk away but I don't know how to be that person so I waited it out. Finally I got out by saying for the 5th time I might do a drop in class which is $35 for ONE class. That is too much. They need to work on pricing. A bunch of the classes also looked full when she was showing me the calendar. It would be annoying to sign up and not be able to get in. I also read a lot of reviews about not being able to get out of contracts and that is bad business. I'm sorry but I don't recommend the price does not match the service. Showed up for Intro class two minutes late and turned me away "it takes time to fill out the contract" - filled out the contract, but bad on me it didn't take my signature. Now I see the iron clad contract, I'm running the other way. Yes, CO, you have rules. Perhaps consider doing something in the middle to make new clients feel welcome. It's money walking out the door. I had an overall good experience, the previous reviews made me a little nervous. They do bring out a sales team at the end of the intro class who try to get you to sign up. They don't mention anything about the 3 month commitment, but I knew to be aware thanks to the comments. STEALS MONEY FROM STUDENTS AND EMPLOYEES DO NOT GIVE SAME INFORMATION. This place is managed poorly as none of the employees say the same policies or answer questions with the same answers. I signed up for the pilates membership in July of 2023. While I was filling out the sign up form, I had informed the employee that I would NOT BE CONTINUING my membership after the three month commitment is complete. They told me when I was signing up that I am required to commit to 3 months before I could cancel. I told them that I will be moving away after these three months and therefore am 100% sure that I will not be continuing my membership after the three months is over (this would mean that September is my last month/last charge). While I was not actually moving away, I had told them this because I had a hunch that this business was going to play dirty after reading a couple negative Yelp reviews (I should have listened to Yelp). They assured me that I would NOT BE CHARGED past that three month mark. I asked them to indicate in my form that my membership will end in september. They told me that they indicated it on my sign up sheet and that there will be no issues canceling. They ALSO had me fill out the membership cancellation form IN JULY (which has conveniently disappeared). Fast forward to September 2023... I inform them again that I am no longer continuing at Club Pilates and that when I signed up, there was a record of this in their system. The employee said she didn't find anything stating that I was going to be ending my membership, but she assured me that I still will not be charged for October since I am a student. She had me fill out ANOTHER membership cancellation form. Keep in mind this is the SECOND one I have filled out. Fast forward to October 2023... I notice that my Discover card has been charged $119 for the month of October. I called Club Pilates and the lady answering the phone kept repeating these two statements: "You filled out the cancellation form in September and we require a 30 day notice for cancellation" and "You did not have to commit to three months since you are a student". So, not only did the employee who had me sign the second cancellation form fuck me over and not inform her higher ups about the situation, but also the entire staff lied to me about having to commit to three months. Had I known I did not have to commit to three months, I would have canceled after the first month. read more

Buyers Beware!!!! Club Pilates is a scam. They feel you in to sign a contract that's nearly impossible to get out of. Multiple calls and texts to get ahold of some sort of management that doesn't exist. You must sign a contract in person to get out of your contracted membership and even then you will continue to be charged for a membership that you have cancelled, all the time not being able to utilize the facility for classes even though you are continuously charged. They will also charge your bank account for fees such as late fees or even a cancellation fee. Very hard yo book classes as they are always full. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING CLUB PILATES!!!! I had an amazing time at club Pilates. The staff was very nice. Tina was a great instructor explaining all the equipment. She explained how the reformers work because not everyone has tried one before. I took an intro class which was free. It was a very informative 30 min class. I liked how they also had TRX. They have a cute retail selection of workout clothes and a water station that says it's purified 7x. Very clean establishment. They even said there looking into opening up a location in Clovis as well. When you go for your free intro class they offer you special pricing if you buy packages then but they don't over pressure you to buy. The workout sells itself!!! read more

This place sucks I have joined many gyms and clubs and this place is the worst. I canceled my membership but they say they never received it and will continue to bill you even after you send proof. They will call you and ask when ate you coming back its borderline harassment. Do not do the 3 month discount because they will charge you even when you receive no services. Now to do with the workout was fine however they have all these contests and challenges but never give out any prizes or produxts. Meh. I took advantage of the studio's Facebook marketing post for a free introductory class. I have never tried Reformers-style pilates so I thought this was the perfect opportunity. A breakdown of my experience: * Class was only 30 minutes which isn't a full-length class (they're typically 50-60mins) * The instructor didn't ask about anyone's previous experience/comfort levels with Reformers style Pilates and essentially just showed us super basic positionings but without foundational knowledge which I think would be helpful * At the end the instructor literally said "Now if you could stand over by the front by the desk, she is going to tell you about our membership options." where we were given a straight sales pitch * Pricing break down: - 4 class pack for $99 - 8 class pack for $159 - Unlimited for $199 * No requests for feedback, no handouts with membership information etc... The positives: * The studio was clean * They wrote our names on our mirrors to give it a personal touch * The staff was pleasant * I got to somewhat experience some aspects of Reformers pilates I wish them the best but this studio and pricing structure simply aren't for me. read more

Pilates is something I never saw myself doing. Reasons mostly excuses but I didnt think much of it. I vowed to try something different this year and pilates was suggested to me. I found this studio and was utterly in at an instant. I started off with doing the intro class with Tina Wu and literally said to myself I dont need to do anything else. Pilates is a workout!!! Whatever anyone says dont believe them. It's a full body workout along with extreme core work out, strengthen the body and of course stretching your entire body. It's a really great workout. I already have the abs forming and I've only started roughly 2 months ago. The ladies here at the studio are phenomenal. Each of them are personable to you and they greet you with respect. They literally remember every member...HOW? WHO KNOWS but it's pretty awesome. Prices ok pilates is not cheap obviously but the way its setup makes it worth while. They have different payments as far as how many workouts you could do in a week, unlimited studio time it's really up to you. READ THE CONTRACT. Everything is in detail in the contract plus they verbally go over it with you. So listen and ask questions. Choose what best fits you. Classes start as early as 6am latest class is 7. Once again the ladies here are phenomenal and I enjoy it very much. read more

Negative stars!! This place is an absolute nightmare!!! It's a money hungry business. They make it impossible to get out of a contract that I never even signed!! Yes my name is not even spelled correct on the contract because it was signed by their staff. They just wanted my money when I signed up. Stay far away from this place! The instructors have no idea what they are doing. I got a really bad injury in one of the classes and was unable to do anything! I still can't sit Indian style anymore. I was able to move around and was super flexible before I started these classes. I did a freeze for 2 months (which I was charged a fee!) but after 2 months I still can not rotate my leg anymore. I let them know I would have to cancel and they said I need to provide a doctors note... what? Are you kidding me? You injure me and you want proof or something. I was still charged and will probably continue to be charged even though I filled a cancellation form. This place is disgusting! I hope they get the karma they deserve for screwing people over.
