Love Pilates. I leave knowing I've done the work, but not wrecked. Also great for working around injuries. I'm totally hooked, though there is room for improvement. Pros: Environment is clean, the equipment is well maintained. Instructors are knowledgeable and retain their own personalities in workouts. Good variety of classes. Cons: It can be tough to get into classes. They almost all will have a waitlist, sometimes 10 deep. The system encourages booking out ahead and then canceling closer to the class. The 12 hour cancellation policy is unforgiving, especially for parents or people with chronic illness. Potential solutions: I think if they offered at least one complimentary cancellation per month that would ease the tension. We don't know ahead of time if we or our kids will be sick, have car trouble, etc. Being held accountable is fine, but life happens. Maybe 1 or 2 walk in only classes for when people's schedules are crazy. read more

I actually enjoy Club Pilates' instructors and the classes. Unfortunately, the administration is horrible. My daughter joined while home for the summer. When she joined, she told them she only wanted a one month pass because she would leave the following month for college. I was standing there. After she left for college, I noticed I was charged for another month. I was in Arizona when my account was charged again for another month. When I returned to NOVA, I inquired at the studio. I was informed they could not refund the money because I did not notify them immediately. I had waited a week even though they could see she had not attended any classes. I made it clear to cancel my daughter's monthly pass on August 24, 2026. I was told it was taken care of especially since I should not have been charged for the second month. Move forward to today, September 11. My account was charged again for my daughter's monthly pass. The charge was made on September 9th. So we will see if I get my money refunded. read more

I had my intro class last week at club Pilates. I'm new to Pilates and have never tried it before. The instructor was very helpful and explained everything very well. The location was clean and comfortable, and the associate at the front desk was super friendly. I can't wait to start my classes. read more

This place is now my refuge. I underwent breast cancer treatment, including surgery and radiation, last year and earlier this year so I lost some mobility on my affected side. I could barely raise my arm and physical therapy was making it worse. I decided, after several months, to just try out Pilates again because I studied ballet my entire childhood and I remembered it was similar with the isolations. I loved it the first intro class because I felt like I could go at my own pace with no judgment. The instructors are all very skilled, friendly and have their own unique music playlists. I honestly hate working out and the classes go by so quickly that it doesn't even feel like I did a lot. However, I am seeing very good results after only 10 classes. And I appreciate how there are so many uses for all the different types of equipment. Variety in every single class. It's kinda pricey busy so worth it. Especially if you like laidback and chill workout environments. read more

Did a intro class here - good vibes with friendly people! Lori was the instructor and she made the class fun and engaging. It was only 30 mins, so, basic simple stretches, some abs, legs, and a little bit of arms. In the end, they explained the membership options and answered any questions we had! If I had a 0 I would give it a 0. I regret joining the membership. They do not value their customers. I had an 8 o 'clock appointment last month, but I was delayed because of my son. When I got to class, it was 8:09, and they wouldn't let me in! They said it was dangerous for me without a warmup and I was distracting the class. That was ridiculous and untrue, so I canceled the membership. But, because of the contract, I still had to pay the membership fee for another month! December is very difficult for me due to work, I made an appointment in advance on 28th and 29th, but I had to go on a business trip for several days, so I asked them if they could change the two classes to the next month. They said that I was no longer a member, so I could only finish in this month, so all the money I spent was for nothing! During all of this time the receptionist was consistently condescending and rude! This is a bad business! You pay every month for class credits but if you don't use them in the month they are gone. Their schedule is difficult to book, and if you have to cancel they charge you extra. They don't care about you they just want to extract as much money as possible from you! There are a lot of pilates gyms around, you should find another one that understands customer service. read more

CP in Leesburg is a wonderful workout. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful! The classes book up fast and sometimes I can't get into a time slot to accommodate my schedule. I do feel the 12hr cancellation policy is a bit aggressive because they charge $15 if you cancel outside of the 12hr window. The membership can get expensive when you account for cancellation fees plus the membership. Overall I recommend CP! read more

just fixing because the original got replaced on accident: Classes are fine. Customer service is awful. They have outdated policies that are basically characterized by taking as much money as possible, like sending one missed payment to a collections agency, not telling you about fees, and requiring you to pay for stuff you never even used (see also: robbery). I never got my last month but was still forced to pay for it for no logical or fair reason. Staff fails to explain important policies, and it is posted nowhere until after you've signed up & its too late to do anything. I've never been to a business that cared so little about their customers. Customer service is non-existent & I couldn't even talk to the manager. Also, be careful with your payment information!! They put it on other peoples accounts & will never admit when they're wrong. Tl;Dr-- average classes. Basic outdated fitness club setup of "how can we screw people over & take their money" by trapping people. Don't recommend at all. LA fitness is far superior. read more

I have been coming here since the first day they opened! I was advised by my doctor to take up Pilates to help with knee and back pain and these classes have helped tremendously. I now have normal movement back in body and I'm also leaner and stronger! I love all the instructors, they make class challenging and fun. I highly recommend this place! read more

I've taken a handful of classes at this location and I'm not happy. The classes are always full and you'll be placed on a waitlist even if booking weeks in advance. They absolutely discriminate against larger bodies. An instructor singled me out during class and told me I shouldn't attempt what she was about to make the class do. This was immediately after she told me I have great form. When I expressed that I wanted to at least make an attempt she shot it down. Just because I'm a bigger person doesn't mean I shouldn't be allowed to try. Yes, I understand safety is involved, but my form was great as pointed out by the instructor, and I know what my own body is capable of. read more

I definitely would recommend club Pilates but I am really disappointed with Instructor Brandi when I took an intro class and she didn't even adjust the reformer to my height and it really hurt my legs after. She gave instruction badly and everyone in the class seems very confuse and clueless. Overall I would not recommend Brandi. I have it a one star because the site wouldn't let me put a negative. I would give the club Pilates a five star but would give Brandi a zero star. read more

All classes are full at all times. You spend a significant amount of money and are waiting listed for every class - not knowing if you will get access to the class until the last minute at times. I would not recommend joining unless you have a VERY flexible schedule. read more

I had no interest in pilates, but after I injured myself, I was exposed to the reformer in my recovery. I then decided to continue after healing. I can now say that I really love it and have never felt stroger. It's a great option for many different people who are at multiple phases of ability. I took the introductory class and really enjoyed it. I signed up for the 4 class per month package. Unfortunately... I'm considering canceling now as it is difficult to book classes that fit my schedule. You are unable to book through the App in advance - can only do through the staff there, which is inconvenient and difficult if you need to change it. I travel for work and have had to make adjustments to accommodate. I've been on the waitlists a couple times and have not gotten in. While I enjoy it... not sure it's worth the frustration? Doing Pilates has been the PERFECT way to gently and incrementally return to fitness. All the instructors I've met have been very kind, positive and supportive. The classes are mostly women, most over 40 but some 20s and 30s and most classes have at least one gentleman as well. All shapes and sizes and all fitness levels. After being sedentary for a LONG time this has been a terrific way to east back into getting moving again. I am so glad I have this studio so close by! read more

I have enjoyed my time here so far, I come from a weight lifting background and Pilates is very different, so I have been adjusting. All the instructors I've had so far have been amazing, patient and kind, always saying hello and goodbye, acknowledging every member here. There's no downsides personally, except the cost, but if you were to get a personal trainer( which I have done in the past) it averages out to about the same price.
