After the first session, the receptionist told me we needed to pay an $80 deductible and then we're good. We proceeded to schedule the next month of therapy, two times per week. Here we are 5-6 weeks later, with 10-12 sessions down and I received a bill in the mail for $160. Apparently we should have been paying at least $80/visit and not one person in the company communicated this info to me. They knew when they submitted the first claim and it was denied by my insurance company, but I had no idea. I'm sure you could imagine my surprise when I started asking questions and my bill is over $800. I would never continue with the services had they told me it would be $80/visit, while in network. Never. Again, the trainers are super nice, attentive and knowledgeable, but whomever handles their billing department lacks proper communication skills.

The only reason I bring him up is because I want to point out how respectful he was. I am female so when we went into our first assessment he asked me if I was ok with the door being closed or would I rather it be open? Also that session and next session anytime he would touch my body he would ask first if it was ok. None of these things bothered me at all but it was nice that he was mindful that it may make some people uncomfortable. After he left I have been doing my PT with Mackenzie and she has been amazing!! She's very personable, also mindful, and she asks specifically what might be hurting/uncomfortable with my body that day then addresses that. She's been doing very targeted therapy and specific exercises based on my issues. She's also very good at updating and sending me targeted exercises I can do at home, which I find very helpful. There's an app S2S uses for this and I find it very beneficial. I have progressed with the help from Mackenzie and I feel in a much better position than when I first started my PT. When I originally went in they gave me a timeline of what they thought I would need and that was pretty on target. I believe their goal is to help you through your real time of needing help then set you up so that you can maintain on your own, which I really like. I still have a few more sessions left but I also would definitely use them & Mackenzie again if I have additional needs. I'll recommend them to friends as well. My only one thing I would change is the fee associated with using a charge card for payment. There is a processing fee for payments unless you use cash. Other than that, its all great! oh, also the facility is very clean which obviously is a very important thing! 5 stars!

The studio feels clean and has great little amenities in the bathrooms. Inside the actual studio room feels clean as well, and the atmosphere is positive. I fully recommend taking a Starter50 class at first instead of jumping right into a regular class. Shoutout to Alex for being a great Starter50 instructor to set a solid foundation! At every class I attended, the coaches were friendly, inclusive, asked about injuries, helped first-timers and made the experience. I love seeing a super diverse group of people at this studio each time, and the coaches really do believe everyone can succeed there. Yes, the workout itself is tough, but it is both phenomenal and addicting. Coaches cue each transition, explain muscle groups with extensive knowledge and encourage proper form. It really is up to you to take a quick break if needed, because this isn't always cued (which is fine!). Definitely bring a water and wear grippy socks. Music is always really good, which helps during an intense workout. I ended up getting a membership, and cannot wait to continue growing at SC! Absolutely love this studio, the coaches and the results.

I do wish they offered a few classes that were hot yoga or at least warm yoga - sometimes the studio is pretty chilly which makes it hard for my muscles to relax! I understand having that amount of heat in a studio can be costly but even if just one or two classes were heated that'd be soooo nice!! My cycling journey at this CycleBar began back in 2017. While it's gone through a few ownership…read morechanges since then, it is still a well run studio. Compared to other locations, this one has a fairly large locker area which is helpful during class changes. As one class exists the cycle room and the next class is waiting to enter, the locker area can get very congested. Thankfully this one is large enough that it allows the waiting cyclists to move to the out of the way so those who just finished can grab their gear from lockers, towel off, etc. In case you're wondering there is a small wait in between classes as the staff needs this time to clean the cycle room, bikes along with replenishing each bike with fresh towels. The cycling room is theater style with 40 bikes waiting to be challenged. There are a couple of TV monitors which are used throughout some classes to allow each participant to see how they're doing in comparison to each other (there's nothing like a little competition). Just before class starts, the door to the room is closed and the music (and fun) starts. Once class starts the trainer does a superb job of encouraging everyone to dig a little deeper and get out of their respective comfort zone. At the same time, they remind everyone to respect any injuries, etc and to modify as required.From the owners to the instructors to the support staff, all are very inviting, helpful and encouraging. They are always available prior to the start of class assisting those that need help with the check-in process, shoes, bike adjustments, etc. As for parking, there is plenty of it available in the shared lot. CycleBar has both memberships which renew monthly or package of classes can be purchased. If you're looking to energize your exercise routine (or start one), I highly recommend checking out this CycleBar. All you need to do is show up. They provide shoes, towels, water bottle and water. Be prepared to work hard and have fun doing it.

Because I'm a parent to an 8 month old that I had to hire childcare for just to make this class and I drove from 30 minutes away in ice and slush. But that doesn't matter because it's not my business. What does matter is that I was told there was a 5 minute grace period. Now that I know that there is not, I know that YogaSix does not work for me. Extreme rigidity does not fit in with my life right now. Which is a decision I could've made before spending $300 on a class pack. From explaining the introductory price to scheduling and throughout the session. Everyone was nice, helpful and professional. Great facility, location and hours of operation. Easy to get to near the HEB close to El Dorado and Custer. Nimoy Triplet, General Manager handled my session himself. Great communication skills, explaining everything I needed to know. During the session, your suppos to say when the stretch is uncomfortable and even when I didn't Nimoy only stretch me to a comfortable limit, sensing where I was at. My first visit was a great experience and I wish I could go everyday! Needless to say, I highly recommend them.
