I have been to other club Pilates and honestly can say this is probably the best one in the area! The facility is super nice and great equipment. Even the Pilates straps on the reformer were higher quality. The instructor Ari was amazing. I usually don't feel challenged at club Pilates studios and she gave me an excellent workout! Club Pilates Palm Coast is my new addiction. I absolutely love this studio. The equipment is in great condition and is maintained well. All the instructors are good and unique in their own ways. A good workout is guaranteed. Many of the instructors use multiple apparatuses during one class to keep the classes fresh and different. Barbara is the best! read more

Very disappointed. CP of Palm Coast had potential with the facility / coaches / support staff but rolls downhill. Leadership/franchise owners are fragile, uninterested in any reasonable standard of customer care, and out to make a buck. They rely on the members and community support but don't show up to value us, when the opportunity arises. Deceptive contract/membership practice. Staff & members that I've observed to be spoken to with sarcasm, condescension and blatant disrespect. Member safety is an afterthought of their bottom line. Not a priority. Paul is no longer a manager at PC Studio, as of Friday, 11/14. But, as out of touch and careless the Owners are, they'll have someone else in that role, that probably isn't as obviously rude & obnoxious as Paul, but with the same goals and standard of disrespecting members as before. It will just "look" more manipulative, I'm predicting. You're only as strong as your weakest leaders, unfortunately. I'm ashamed to have trusted this business, promoting it to others. I'm not a victim in this situation, or in life, but that doesn't mean I haven't been victimized by these shady, greedy, gaslighting bad actors using Club Pilates brand and reputation to twist it into nothing more than a one-directional transaction. I'm sad to have blindly invested each month in a business that is only interested in its own ROI. Don't expect these hollow promises to ever be taken seriously or protected: "We're thrilled to have you as part of our community and can't wait for you to experience everything our studio has to offer." "We're here to support you on every step of your Pilates journey!" I'm moving forward to make this make sense, the only way I can, when logic, facts, respect aren't able to command a mutually beneficial solution to what was a fixable situation. I joined Club Pilates about 1 month ago. Had never done Pilates or pretty much any other structured exercise program. I'm really enjoying it. Came in for the free Intro class after having tried Pilates before in a different studio. I loved the layout of the room, lighting and music. The Intro instructor Barbara, was so good I joined and the following month upgraded to an Unlimited membership. I absolutely Love the instructors and how they each deliver different experiences. Loving the classes led by Lanie and Arielle, as well as Barbara. Haven't taken the morning or weekend classes, so there are other instructors I haven't worked with yet. It's been amazing pushing myself and seeing the improvement already after just 20 classes. I promise you will feel welcome and encouraged in this club, no matter your experience or ability. Scheduling takes a minute to get used to, so be sure to ask the girls at the front desk to explain everything in advance. I signed up and forgot I was out of town for two weeks and had very few options for classes my first month, because they book up in advance. The good news is that many classes that show as fully booked open up closer to the date. So be sure to get on the waiting list if there's a class you really want to take. I have gotten into classes and was 5th in line. I highly recommend coming in for an introductory class. It's free! read more

I absolutely love the classes at Club Pilates! The instructors are so nice and run the class in a way that accommodates all fitness levels. You can adjust any of the exercises to make it more difficult or a bit easier depending on your ability. As someone who had never done a pilates class before, I was skeptical at first, but everyone at Club Pilates made me feel so welcome and the classes are surprisingly pretty easy to follow along, even for beginners. I also love that if there is ever a move I'm not quite sure I'm doing right, I can flag down the instructor and they walk right over to help! I would definitely recommend taking their 30 minute intro class to get a feel for what the full classes are like. read more
