The staff is rude to members and its way overpriced for what you get. Every other gym in Palm Coast is better than this one.

Great gym! I was visiting from out of state, and came across MPower Fitness here on Yelp. Miracle was very helpful in setting up my membership. The gym itself - a huge selection of machines, free weights, and cardio equipment. The vibe of the gym-goers was great as well. The members are 1) Bullies 2)Bossy 3)Entitled 4)Territorial Cliques in group sessions. Gym etiquette is not enforced. They will charge you a cancellation fee of at least $50, require a certified letter or a hand delivery of cancellation notice. They try to keep you tied in with the contract so that they can keep collecting your money. It's not worth the time, hassle, or the money. read more

I usually leave the best reviews, but this time I feel it's important to share my experience so others are aware before using this gym. First, I was denied a refund for my last month's payment--even though I clearly canceled my membership before the billing cycle ended. That alone was frustrating, but I let it go. The main reason I canceled my membership was because I contracted a skin infection, which I have medical proof of. I repeatedly brought this up to the front desk after witnessing multiple members not cleaning the equipment after use, yet nothing was done. Eventually, I emailed management to explain the situation, and their response was essentially, "You need to make sure you clean the equipment yourself." That response confirmed that they're not interested in listening to their customers or taking responsibility for maintaining basic hygiene standards. I've decided not to waste more time going back and forth with customer service that clearly doesn't care. Hopefully, this review helps others make a more informed decision. read more

One star because zero isn't an option. Empower Fitness had no problem taking my credit card online--no phone call, no in-person visit, no certified mail required. All done through an app. But when I tried to cancel? Suddenly, I'm told I have to fill out a form and send it by certified mail just to stop them from charging me. Let that sink in: They made it easier to start being billed than to stop. That's not just bad customer service, it feels deliberately designed to trap people in their memberships. I clearly revoked authorization for them to charge my card when I got them on the phone, and they still refused to cancel. I'm now filing formal complaints with the Florida Attorney General and the FTC. Avoid this place. No company should be making it this hard to walk away. read more

Terrible gym. They charge a large monthly fee but don't have locker rooms, you can't use their lockers after hours or when staff isn't there, the staff is rude, the members are even worse- which is hard to beat the terrible staff. Their bathrooms need updating, some of the sinks barely work, the bathrooms fit one person, so if someone is using it to shower, it leaves you SOL for the duration of that persons shower. Weights rarely match, equipment has broken several times and when I've brought it up it didnt get fixed for months. Part of the gym is closed after hours, which makes no sense. You can find better gyms. read more

As a retired firefighter and veteran, I initially joined your program two years ago and was very satisfied with my experience. However, during my recent visit to renew my membership, I was not provided with clear information about the membership options or pricing. Specifically: 1. I was not given a rate sheet or a paper contract at the time of enrollment. 2. I was unaware there were two options under the Heroes program. 3. I only discovered I was enrolled in the "Basic Heroes" program when I received my membership agreement via email after signing up. Had this information been communicated upfront, I would have made a different decision. Unfortunately, I missed the three-day cancellation window by just one day due to this lack of transparency now I'm out over $100.00, $39.00 of that for the cancellation fee. Despite explaining the situation to management, I was told the cancellation could not be processed, even though the delay was caused by the absence of proper documentation at the time of enrollment. * And just a note after my Google review management said they are waiving my cancellation fee. While I was in Florida on vacation, I found this place and discovered they would let me work out here for a modest fee. I was glad to discover a clean, friendly gym with a power rack... exactly what I needed. I was able to work out and not fall behind while on vacation. They have a range of the usual cardio equipment and other typical gym gear. It was never too crowded, even though I would go there at all hours. I never had to wait on free weights. If you are in town, I strongly recommend it. They'll give you a good work out and not break the bank. read more

I have been working out at gyms for several decades. This gym is awesome. Something for everyone. All the instructors are well trained in their particular genre. The new facility is spacious and offers something for everyone. My favorite is Baile Explosivo, Michaela & Dalia take you through cardio dance with a Latin flare. Then Zumba with Michaela, and finally her Barre Sculpt class. This last class has helped to strengthen my inner core and is therapeutic while stretching and building balance. I have been member here since it was called Atlantic Fitness. Loved my classes, Zumba and Ultimate Stretch, yet I was discouraged to continue due to the high monthly rate and other unexpected fees. The staff was helpful yet not friendly. Atmosphere was very dry, and the people were not enthusiastic. Small facilities, space is better suited for something other than a gym. read more

Liar. Such a poor behavior. They want to have my wife drive 300 miles to cancel their useless membership and keep saying they wouldn't accept a cancellation via email. Funny is, that I cancelled via email and they accepted. So if you such a shady business that you have to lie, hoping people wouldn't be able to cancel, the at least get your story straight. read more

We have been members here since it was Atlantic Fitness and have found this to be the most accommodating and well priced gym in Flagler County that provides child care. Anna, in their Kids Corner, is such a sweet and amazing woman. My daughter absolutely adores her which makes it so easy to drop her in and work out. read more

Love this gym! Incredible number of terrific fitness classes offered at numerous times throughout the day starting from early morning. My personal favorites are virtual spin classes on the new Real Ryder bikes, TRX and kettlebell circuits. But there are many others, including Pilates, Zumba, Kickboxing, Yoga and Barbell. I absolutely love this fitness center! Everyone is always so nice and helpful and non judgemental. The Kids Korner is amazing, all the staff in there who watch and play with the children are amazing. Not a big selection of good/serious gyms in the Palm Coast area, especially if you have moved here from a bigger metropolitan area. This is probably one of the better ones. Their main focus is on exercise classes and of the 1,800 members probably 1,700 ( mainly women) go this gym because of the variety of classes, TRX, Spin Bike, Circuit Training, Yoga, Zumba, etc. The free weight area is small and often crowded depending on the time of day. The exercise machines are old with torn upholstery. Good selection of treadmills, stationary bikes, rowing machine, and ellipticals. There is a separate area for TRX workouts, several squat racks, benches, etc. Low ceilings, no ceiling fans, and poor air flow. Space is better suited for something other than a gym. Best Gym in town. Melissa, Jason and Fatima the owners are wonderful people and great instructors also. They have a variety of classes, also with great instructors. I personally do classes with Michaela for Zumba and Jason for TRX. Have also done classes with Melissa, Lisa, Olga and Rosie. Absolutely love these people!!!! They will soon be moving into their new larger facility and everyone is very anxious for the grand opening. They also have a wonderful child care area. read more
