New modern studio in the Alamo Ranch Area. Most Staff were nice and trainer knowledgeable in intro class. Cons: Scheduling and not plus size friendly. The classes are $39/ea a la carte. They are persistent with you booking the class or signing up for a package after the intro session. In contrast you can only reschedule class 1 time and session has to be used within 4 weeks or you lose the session all together and in contrast your money. I lost my session due to team being strict on $39 only lasting 30 days. If I pay for a single class, you should be about to use that class at your leisure, is the studio going away? I heavily disagree with this rule in addition this rule was not hyper-focused on when being convinced to sign up! If you sign up a la carte sign up the week you know you will be able to attend the class. if you attend intro session do not let them convince you to sign up in future unless you are certain you can attend class on schedule date. They will take your money. My sister who is plus size was told she was too big to sign up for general intro session which was disappointing because she was the individual whose interest was peeked to pursue this club. At the end of the intro session the owner told me that my sister was given misinformation from her employee. Yet this incident discouraged my sister from trying the club all together. read more

Recently joined this gym and I am loving it! From the first intro class (free) everyone has been very helpful and I didn't feel salesy/pushy as some people had warned. The front desk, instructors, and even the people that go here are so nice and helpful since everything is so new to me. I don't feel worried about an injury or anything because they make sure you're using the equipment correctly and check your form. The gym is clean, there are cubbies to put your things away during class, and some merch at the front in case you need anything. read more

Club Pilates Las Colinas is just plain awesome:). Knowledgeable instructors who are friendly and patient...yet pushing you forward :). Went once after Valentines Day when my wife gave me a coupon gift....and I'm hooked. Typically go 6 days a week and....at 65 and a life long workout/weightlifter...I am amazed at my new found flexibility and lack of joint pain ! Great people. Great Stuff. read more

6/26/2021 Customer Service for Club Pilates: Please do not use my American Express Card again!  I have not been a member since May 17, 2021.  I have not used your service either.  As you know I have severe physical limitations regarding degenerative disc disease.  When I did try to use your service I was billed online.  So naturally I thought my membership obligations were completed.  Yet you continue to charge me.  Your office manager said I was getting another bill but refuses to send me any paper work.  Of course I would be upset because I am not your cash cow! My son is a pitcher and needed to work on hip rotation, overall flexibility and core strength. He has done Pilates before and was looking for a classic shop. He really likes his trainer and is happy to be back at it. Great workout and strong all body stretch. They have several style classes (Classic, Balance & center, etc) along with levels for those classes (1.0, 1.5, 2.0). He has been very impressed. They offer all you can go contracts for the month as well as a pay per visit option. read more

Scam, not enough class options. Limited Pilates reformers so clases fill up fast, they don't really inform you about all their penalty fees. Ended up paying $400 for like 15 classes due to all the fees and got sent to collections which just added more fees! Paid it all off and when I tried to cancel they charged me a whole other month since they require a 30 day notice. Why did no one tell me that while I was battling collections?! Definitely don't recommend, they only care about getting paid. Poor customer service. read more

Went here for a couple months towards the end of my pregnancy and was incredibly disgusted with the business for continuing to charge my card $200 a month after cancelling my membership before my c section. There's no physical way I could have even exercised as I had just had major abdominal surgery and protested them continuing to charge my card, but they insisted I was still obligated to pay another month when A membership gets cancelled. As a business owner myself I get really disgusted with businesses that Nickel and dime customers over technicalities. Guess that's how they treat women who just had a baby... I would think they would be after the repeat revenue associated with a new mom needing to get her body back in a few months... but whatever. They got their $200, never returning and will tell everyone I know to stay away from this greedy business. read more

From the moment I entered the building, up until leaving, the staff was very welcoming. I attended a class the other day with Carter. He was very thorough with his explanations and demonstrations. Day 1 Jan 13, 2020 Alyssa was there just for today and she set up my 10yr old daughter with a 3 month unlimited plan for 179 a month, which includes the 10% military discount and she let me know about 20% off apparel the month of your bday. No enrollment fee for the new year promo. Alyssa works at the Blanco location. it was a blessing having Alyssa set us up so perfectly to try out the world of pilates. She was so professional and efficient. She helped me set up the app, Alyssa didn't miss a beat, phenomenal. Alyssa made sure to remind those of us in the lobby to keep our talking low so the students can stay focused. The music was not calming, but I asked if it could be changed, Alyssa changed it with no issue and explained to me that the previous upbeat cardio based class plays this kind of music. Day 1 Miss Susan Monday 1pm Center Balance My daughter worked with Susan Hall for her first class today. Susan is excellent. She had a 1 on 1 intro with, Love, to make sure she was comfortable to start this journey. She was so clear in her instructions, patient, and professional. The class at 1pm with her was about 7 students, so, small enough for her to focus on everyone. She made us feel so good about choosing this club. Susan really cares about our daughter. I made a video of my daughter giving a review for her first day. I'm rusty on posting vids, so not sure if it will be on my fb or YouTube, don't use very much. I might have to resurrect my YouTube channel to post vid, "Christian Vegan Latina my life." We will try to do a review for the next 3 months of all the classes, Love, our daughter goes to. Julia works the front desk and is about to go train to be an instructor herself, very exciting. Julia is so sweet and genuine, ready to help with anything and everything. This club is very clean, very classy, and everyone I met was classy and very respectful. I most enjoy how many rules they have, very disciplined club. Our family is military so we love it for our child too. Our daughter is in homeschool and we pay for modern dance and gymnastics, so no more money for me to join class with her. Maybe in the future. We pray every day our daughter goes to class it will be a blessing like our first day. Our karate dojo closed down last week, so, Love wanted to try something new. This club is new and in so many places I don't have to worry about it closing down. God answered that prayer. Also, their products are vegan, what a blessing. Pilates helps with pain, aches, injuries, and so much more, instead of it causing your pains. So good for kids who are very active. Love, loved the class and is excited to go back. Yes I had the same experience with getting nickel and dimed. I went in for the complementary class and decided to sign up for membership that day as well. Unfortunately, it's when the omicron wave was running rampant and two days later everyone around me was turning up positive for Covid. I called and went through all the paperwork to "freeze" my account until I felt safe attending classes again. The freeze went as planned for two months however on the third month I was charged at normal rate. When I called the studio to get a credit & confirm that my account was still on a freeze I was told that "yes" my account could still be on a freeze however I would still pay almost $200 a month to continue with my freeze. After going back-and-forth multiple times and being told I would not be receiving a credit and I would pay regular price monthly to have my account on a freeze, my only option was to cancel my credit card. I wish I would've never gone in for that "complementary" class to begin with. It ended up being quite costly & a giant irritating headache as well. read more

Excellent staff and facility! Started about 10 months ago and so addicted I go 6+ days a week. Really enjoy all the teachers and their diverse teaching styles and personalities. I did a free intro class at my apartment complex with one of the instructors. He was AMAZING! Never once did I feel "inadequate" even though it's been years since I did a Pilates-specific class. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about his craft and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. The instructor corrected my form several times, ensuring that I was doing everything right. As someone who has a lower lumbar spinal fusion, I have been able to get off pain meds almost completely since starting Club Pilates less than 2 months ago.
