I was able to do most activities or at least adjust to one's I could do. The instructor was energetic and motivating. Music was pumping up the class. We even had a well behaved puppy participant. While the overall structure of class is the same (sections for upper body, thighs, abs, etc), each instructor brings their own style and moves to class, which keeps it both interesting and challenging! Second, the workout itself is TOUGH but in a good way, and even the most in-shape person is going to find it challenging. But don't let that scare you if you've never done barre! Third, they are welcoming to everyone! My classes so far have been filled with women of all ages and abilities. There's no judgment if you need to take breaks, and the instructors are there to help you if you're not sure how to do a certain move or to help adjust your form. There is plenty of parking, there are cubbies and some lockers available, and they have a small retail area if you're looking to buy workout tops, grippy socks, etc.

Barre classes always leave me sore for days, and these do not disappoint. Their prices are very competitive for individual classes as well as a nice offering 5 or 10 or unlimited class packages. I like that classes are on the smaller size and more intimate. Their instructors are all pretty awesome! I keep going back to Barre with both Madison and Raina because both kick my booty each and every time. Hello noodle legs! I love that each instructor adds their own unique style and flavor when they teach a certain class. Even if you like to stick to just Barre or Sculpt or Yoga, you'll never walk out of there feeling bored. You challenge your body and soothe your soul and you walk out of there sweaty and blissful. Try all the classes with all the different instructors to keep it fresh. You can sign up online through the MINDBODY app or you can just drop in for a class. The instructors are amazing too. They offer a student and senior discount so be sure to ask if you qualify for either. This is a HOT yoga studio so be prepared to sweat. That took a little getting used to but I love the variety and times that classes are offered. You're not limited to one club either. You can take classes at any of their other Core Power studios. Instructors are amazing here. Facilities vary location to location but this space is small. Sometimes you feel like you're on top of each other if it's crowded but I've gotten used to that. It's a tight held community and I'm so glad I'm part of it.
