I love this studio! All the instructors are friendly and informative. The atmosphere is fun and the environment is always tidy and clean. The ladies who work the front desk play the BEST music! I was brand new to Pilates just a year ago and was looking for something to help repair my abdomen and pelvic floor after having a baby. Pilates has changed my life and thanks to these instructors I feel more confident in my form and I'm only getting better. This is just a review for the free intro class. ____ I'm no stranger to Pilates, as I've done the mat version for several years at my old gym. However, when I had the chance, I never took a reformer class or a personal training session. So, when I saw that Club Pilates was nearby, I decided to book an intro class to see what it's like. In 30 minutes, we covered a decent amount of information. Granted, there's a lot of equipment to become familiar with, but we got a general idea of the carriage, straps, and foot bar and managed to do some lunges, bridge work, and movements with the straps in our hands and feet. Syd was great at explaining things and correcting folks (with permission). She was also cool about answering my questions after the intro class. There's a strong community among the members. After class, people chatted while sanitizing their stations and then said goodbye. It seems like a good place to get into, but I've been traveling lately and haven't made a decision yet. read more

When you sign up for three months, it's impossible to cancel, I joined February and paid February then I paid March then I paid April and told them I wanted to cancel. They said I needed to do a form online and charged me again the fourth month, they said they never received the form then they sent the form again then they said they couldn't cancel because I didn't pay the $89 or the late fee and then I cannot cancel until I paid last month and late fee will just continue to accumulate $89 every month so impossible to cancel unless you pay their stupid fees ridiculous. Very bad over the phone with the customer service as well. They won't even give you their name. read more

I tried the 30 minute intro class they give for free and it was nice ! It was my first time in a reformer class and it was cool. I would recommend for people who are able to come consistently. I felt my muscles for about a couple days after I went . Try the free class and if you like it sign up if you can! The instructor was nice . The place seemed clean . I'd hope they spray down the equipment every now and then but if not they give wipes. The atmosphere was chill during the class and I think it's a nice Pilates environment for everyone. read more

Love, love, love this studio. I got to the point that I really wasn't interested in doing any more jarring movements. I have had pains in my joints and feet since young and exercising has always meant pushing through pain. Pilates has been on my bucket list for 20 years or so and I wish I started this that many years ago. Finally I found an exercise program with zero pain and i walk out feeling better than when I walk in. My favorite class is the cardio pilates where they add a foot board to the Pilates reformer and jumping feels lile moon jumps. Amazingly the lighter the tension the more difficult it is because you need to use your abs more. I have just completed my first month and already I see a difference in my body. read more

Love it!!! I had always wanted to try Pilates but it sounded intimidating. My best friend and I decided to go to the free intro class to see if it was something we wanted to try. The class size is small enough (12 reformers) that you get a lot of personalized attention. Special shout out to Donna who takes the time to make sure that you are doing the movement correctly. Not knowing what to expect at the Intro, I felt I'd finally found exercise I could stick with! The instructors provide clear directions and hands-on corrections in the Level 1 classes. The facility is very clean; equipment is wiped down after each class. read more

Molly is my favorite instructor by far! She takes the time to explain everything- how your breath, posture, and movements should be. She's also very calming, positive and personable. I like that you book through the app, I just don't like that the slots (especially the weekend ones!) fill up so quickly!! read more
