So this is my first review of a gym, typically review restaurants which looking down at my waistline, this is where I need to be. I signed up via the website Dec 2021 and a few phone calls to the establishment to ask some simple questions relating to finances and membership pricing. I was provide the information, the representative that I spoke to was professional and was able to answer my question and articulate it in a manner in which I understood. Kept an eye on the progress of construction so it gave me a general idea when they will open. Got a nice card in the mail welcoming me, then I got a phone call to setup an initial tour and the onboarding process. Scheduled my appointment and showed up to a very sleek, clean facility. A couple of smiles and 1 employee opened the door for me, took my breathe away. As I stepped in the place was inviting, no blaring music and a little casual conversations going on. I can hear some go-getters getting some in one f the saunas. That's awesome because that will be me soon, hopefully no loud yelps of despair. I was helped by Monique (hope i spelt that correctly), what a wonderful lady. Very professional, clearly briefed me on the agenda then down to the nitty gritty of policies and a quick electronic signature of acceptance. After the paperwork, they gave me the keys to castle (trumpets sounding) actually I got the WiFi password which to some children is their lifeline. I was kindly introduced to another associate who was able to set up 2 phones apps, one to unlock the front door during un-attended hours and the other to book sessions, track calories, and develop a plan to take first place in the local eventually global leaderboard. What better way to meet your fitness goals than to have a fun challenge with like minded people. After the technology setup, i was given a tour of the facility. Going over the use of the sauna, location of the equipment based exercises and the none equipment rooms, restroom with shower and additional restroom, kettle bells and dumbbells, rack and a vending machine for snacks beverages and keys to towels should you forget one. So folks that wraps up my review of joining this Gym you may experience something else so go ahead an give it shot and make your own assessment of it. Look for my upcoming reviews, i thinking making a review of each exercise they provide and a few tips on what I do to maximize my experience. The loft is located upstairs (haha get it- loft) and there is only a class or two going st a time. I really love the tower/reformer class. With only 4-5 students (or less) the teachers can be super hands on. I did a workout with me and one other student who was studying to become a Pilates teacher and we both got a frat workouts with the modifications given. I would go to this gym again and try out some of their other classes. January a warning. When you fill out the paper work it asks you if you are over 20 pounds.

Even though THEY communicated with me via text, when I let them know via text a month in advance that I wanted to cancel and they responded- that wasn't okay, I had to go there in person to cancel. They continued to charge my credit card. I contested the charge with my credit card company and immediately they threatened to send me to collections. Of course, I didn't want that on my credit report, so I had no choice except to pay. I spoke with my attorney, who concurred that their business practices are unethical and the contract they make you sign is ambiguous. Others have mentioned- it's 2026, everything is done electronically- I cancel memberships. subscriptions etc via the internet- why not get with the times!? They just want your $$$. It is difficult to schedule classes they are almost always full, you can get wait listed-but you won't know if you get in until you get up in the morning. they charge $25 if you don't show for a class, won't let you in if you are more than 5 min late (unless you know someone there). Some of the instructors are great, others are not. I had private classes before I went there, it was a much better experience. My final thought ~ class action lawsuit

It's a great workout to build your core and the instructors are very patient and knowledgeable. Bad news is that besides the already expensive pricing their cancellation policy is insane. You have to cancel a class 12 hours in advance in order to not be charged. I take classes at 6am so there's no way I know before 6pm the prior day if something may come up that requires me to cancel. So paying over $200 a month plus all these $10/$15 dollars charges whenever you may have to miss makes the pricing outlandish to me. Then, if you decide maybe I'll just book later in case something comes up there's always a waitlist. A lose/lose. Overall, a really great core workout though but just be weary on if you need to miss a class

The reformers are already spaced out nicely and masks are required. The entry way is a bit tight, but you can step outside once you've checked in. The class itself was a nice intro for beginners. It was a good foundational class with clear instruction. I personally would have preferred a little bit more demonstration, but likely there was an experienced Pilates goer next to me who I could peek at if I wasn't quite sure what to do. Class was not super high intensity, but I definitely felt the burn! Especially in my abs! I would definitely come back again.

This company are crooks and you will have to go legal with them and your back to get your money back.
