A friend is a member of this marina, and hosted a get-together there yesterday. It has a small beach and the water is very nice. There were also grills so we were able to grill hot dogs, burgers, and veggie burgers. Tons of picnic tables as well and even a few shady places to sit, to escape the sun. Her family usually keeps their boat there, I believe, and you have to be a member of the marina to get the gate access code, although the gate was open when we arrived. Super nice place and hopefully I'll be back at some point this summer. read more

The owner is rude! They put a big dent on my boat during storage and didn't own up to it. Didn't give me any options... lost a customer for life and will tell Everyone not to deal with this circus of a place that's operated by a clown. read more

Service is FANTASTIC if you can manage to get past the incompetent, abrasive receptionist. She was pleasant enough when I called to schedule the winter storage but that is where it ends. When I went to get the battery and trailer, I had to wait a couple hours for the warehouse folks to get access to the boat, take it off the trailer and store it in rafters. All thanks to the receptionist not entering the type of storage correctly into the system. This same receptionist was nasty and abrasive when I called to schedule taking the boat out of storage. I will say the warehouse folks were FANTASTIC yet again when I went to get the boat. I would do business with them to include recommending to others if she wasn't in the mix. If there is any chance of dealing with her - no thanks. read more

Can't say enough good things about Brad and his parts/ service department. Brad helped us with our 30 year old Supra Mariah and saved us lots of $$$$. This is the most unethical marina I have every dealt with. Do not believe a single quote they give you. Everything I thought we had agreed upon was twisted around. They ended up charging me a great deal more on changing an impeller, boat detail, and storing my trailer. I would not recommend this marina In fact I would recommend you avoid it read more

This place is absolutely incredible... It's pristine, well-maintained, and has without question the best staff in the business. I took my boat there for the first time after it was winterized by people that didn't know what they were doing and the Marina staff spent two hours with me, one of them after closing, getting the boat in working condition. Worst experience ever buying a boat for the first time.... we were recommended this place and decided to give it a try. Found a used speed boat that we wanted to buy. It was very clear that service quality is based on price of boat. From very start, it was clear salesman could care less about our sale. Went out once with the salesman who showed us how to use it for like 15 min, mind you we are first time owners... when going out with our friends for the first time, boat didn't work. Finally fixed the connection to the battery and after driving for the day came disconnected 2 more times. After texting the salesman they "fixed" the connection. Come to find out they sent us on our way with new connections and never hooked it up for us or anything. When taking the boat back to the lake, still doesn't work at all, and now have to hire a true mechanic to see what is wrong with it. Cant even take our boat out at all! Absolutely awful service and will not be returning here for future purchases! read more

Bought a boat here about a year ago. Negotiation and initial showing of the boat went alright but when we went for the water test they quickly changed my opinion, checked the oil and it was black and dirty, the response was "well we don't always do that" (the purchase price of the boat was $40k and they couldn't spend $30 - $40 to change the oil), ok seems silly but I can look passed that, next thing was the salesman put the boat on the trailer and I noticed he didn't have any secondary straps just the winch strap, I asked if he had straps or could find some, response was "you don't actually need them", seems a little reckless to tow a boat on the highway with only a winch strap, also I've had a winch strap break before so you need a plan B in that case. Ok fine I will also go buy some straps, probably talking $50-$100, whatever. Next thing I noticed one of the trailer lights is out, I point this out to the salesman and the response was "oh that's probably just my truck"... Why is that your first response? How about let me take a look at it and we will fix it if it is the trailer. At that point I asked them to take $100 off for the oil, straps and lights which they agreed to. I could have still shrugged this one off and not thought too terribly of them but still not done. Get the boat home and noticed there is not a single life jacket in the boat, again whatever I think its ridiculous that your selling a $40k boat and can't change the oil and throw in a cheap 3 pack of life vests but we were also out on the lake in April for the water test and there are no life vests, I'm pretty sure that is illegal. Still not done, 2 weeks later I got a call from the salesman and he asked if I could go check the trailer and my registration and make sure the numbers match, must be joking... No of course not, apparently they showed and sold me the boat with the wrong trailer which also happened to be 2 years newer. They said they would come and pick up the boat and trailer and swap it out with the correct one and bring it back, a trailer I had never seen before. I explained that the trailers had to be identical or we had a problem and said I would meet them with the trailer and compare the two side by side. When I got there the "right" trailer had loose bunks and the winch strap had been cut and hand tied. I made them change the winch strap and just wanted to be done with them. I will never spend another dollar at this place. read more

I want to make sure everyone who stores their equipment with Club Royale they know that they are not liable when your property is in their storage. I purchased my boat from Curt who was very professional to work with and I have zero complaints. I understand accidents happen from unfortunate events however, after I had my boat delivered this spring I had a good size tear in the carpet. They feel that an animal tore the carpet and that is not covered by them. I paid for them to pick it up, winterize it and store it inside. But please understand if an animal damages your boat they are not liable. However, if you want to file a claim with your insurance they will fix it or sell you a new boat. Keep in mind this winter. I have stored my boat with them the past five years with other issues. So a minor issue that could have been resolved the solution provided was buy this $58k boat and we will give you $20k on a trade in they will try to sell for $28k. read more
