When I arrived for my exam, I was asked to provide identification, which I did. Unfortunately, my maiden name and married name did not match the system. I immediately tried to resolve the issue by having my husband bring my marriage certificate so I would not lose my exam appointment or the money I paid. Instead of showing understanding or trying to help, Donna bluntly told me he had "10 minutes" to get there or I would lose both my exam and my money, and that I could "take it up with an 800 number." I completely understand that employees must follow policies, but there is a huge difference between doing your job and treating people with kindness, professionalism, and respect. As a manager, I would expect someone in that position to handle situations with more empathy and willingness to assist, especially when people are already nervous and stressed about taking important exams. I do not recommend this location based on my experience, and I sincerely hope improvements are made in how test-takers are treated in the future.

I passed all my test with flying colors, did more internship hours than required and turned in all my paperwork on time (and then two more times AFTER that). No matter, Abigal didn't like me and that's ALL IT TOOK to remove me a week before the class was over and be blocked from taking the cert exam. Took all the money for program with no refund offered or solution to even RELEASE my CORRECT TRANSCRIPT. Abby tantrum child is the devil and will reap what she sows. But thanks for projecting my life forward because now I make over $15-20K a month owning my own business. However, if you are looking to be a paramedic, look elsewhere!

He has been failing FCAT since 4th grade despite being an A / B student. He finally has passed all of those necessary to graduate, and he is preparing for his Senior year. He took the ACT in April as a baseline and didn't do very well. I signed him up for the ACT prep couse in Orlando, and he retook the ACT in June---he improved by 3 points !! (still waiting for the writing, so it may be even more) Very please with Kaplan's couse and he will be taking it one more time and hoping for another 3 points. He felt more confident and prepared going into the ACT. OH...and my child is on a 504 and has accommodations (more time) at school. He did not get that for the ACT, but it didn't matter. The folks at Kaplan taught him how to pace himself and he finished in the given amount of time.
