They aren't perfect in execution or timelines as mentioned before but have always been fair in taking care of customers in my opinion. As a result I will continue to do business with them. I would rather deal with a business that while not always perfect, is perfectly honest and fair in how they fix mistakes. Through remote access to my computer and printer, Hayden(a Ram technician) solved the problem in less than 20 minutes. I also have had discussions about upgrading my PC later this year to accommodate Windows 11, and Ram spent a great deal of their time and with tremendous patience educating and advising me.
