Do not go to this car wash. The employees lack self awareness when caring for your car. The employees got water in my window control panel resulting in my window not being able to roll back up mid car wash. I called the owner and he was very adamant that his employees were not responsible despite being there or even seeing the situation. Also to note, we waited about ten minutes to see if the water would dry out, so as I walk back to my car to check, I notice my key (that is battery operated) is sitting in a puddle of water on their workstation. I got the Malibu full detail package cause my jeep Cherokee needed a little extra love. Literally will never return here. I took my car in because I needed a good wash and vacuum job badly. This place usually has a good crowd, so I figured let's give it a try. Pulled in, gave my keys, let them know what I wanted, they gave me a price, told me wait time would be an hour or a lil over. Mind you, I had a time crunch, so an hour to an hour and a half was ok still. Unfortunately, an hour and a half later, they barely started to vacuum the car (insert eye roll here). I was patient and understanding but had to let them know I could not wait any longer. They had 15 minutes to get as much as possible done. Mind you, common sense would say, "Let me wash the exterior at least and get this person out of here." Nope, all they did was vacuum as much as possible and charge me $35 anyway. As annoyed as I was I paid because I felt bad for the workers that did as much as possible in the time they did work on it so I hope they got paid, still tipped because I'm not a jerk, but left completely annoyed and felt ripped off as hell. I may as well had gone to the damn drive-through wash, and I would have been happier. Go if you have all day to sit and wait. read more

Good wash but to me any car wash should go a step further than the average car wash business and at least invest In a air blower to remove excess/trapped water as to not pay $75 and have water streaks all over the vehicle as soon as I pull off especially when my vehicle is black..and micro scratches..all in all decent wash but I might as well do it myself because I have yet to locate a car wash locally that provides that little extra but necessary touch...especially if your automobile is 60 grand or more...ps I'm new to the area read more

Upped the prices and didn't do a good job. I used to take all 3 of my cars here. I moved out of town but decided to make the drive and take my car in. It's under new ownership. I'd NEVER had an issue with the previous place and didn't feel like I needed to inspect before driving off. Big mistake! they didn't touch the back even though it's a hatchback with clear visibility into seeing how dirty it was. My back seats aren't that great and I honestly can do a better job with my all weather mats on my own with my household items. They should have pressure washing! The pictures on their IG page show decent pictures but I know they wouldn't be proud and post this on their page for views and new customers. Called and spoke to the owner and only offered me a discount on my next visit. Said they "ask" if I want my trunk cleaned. I wasn't asked! He blamed it on being busy despite only having one other car then when I showed up. Didn't want to send a mobile cleaner to finish the unfinished work. Waste of gas, time and money.
