If you have your car wrapped or just don't want your paint to get scratched come here and let them know you want to do the touch less service ! Still gets100% clean as the normal wash service ! There are about 10 cash washes within a 5mile radius around here, but I like this one the best. The employees are friendly, it seems to clean our car/truck better than the other ones (always gets the trucks back window too), it's never damaged my vehicle (the washbank has), the vacuums work really well, and they always have a buy one get one half off deal going on. We typically do the $12 tidal wave, and if the cars are extra dirty we'll opt for the tsunami. Both washes are a good value, considering the local basic drive thru gas station car washes are about the same price, but here they give you a rag and a dash wipe too.

I got purchased a car wash and Lisa and Maricel washed my car. Best car wash I've gotten. They were exceptional! They took their time and attention to detail making my car spotless. I asked them before to clean the inside of my windshield and they put extra attention to that as well. I was very impressed! Even my kids said they did an excellent job. Hands down the best place in our area we bring all our vehicles here from big f250 trucks to Range Rover they always do such a great job. Plus the price is perfect I drive few extra miles and pass 2 other car wash places for this one. Biggest thing is the conveyor belt for the tires no more jacking up my rims that's #1 for me, then sprinkle in the quickness and ability to do it your self or pay little extra for the quick detailing. We love it and we will always go here the owner is hands on and really takes pride in his business which is always refreshing and we love to support our local community. Also 7 days a week good hours too membership is worth it. read more

I typically come to this place because I love how well they clean my car and always tell others to go but this time I'm not happy with how my car was cleaned, there was spots everywhere left. My window was still dirty so I had to go home and clean it off. I know they are usually busy in the weekends and in a hurry but please pay attention to detail. I also paid 150 bucks for the detail to get my seats cleaned as well (I had to pay extra because my friend got sick in the car the night before) which I was fine with paying and I understood but please quality over quantity there's still stains in my car I had to clean up myself. I really used to love this place but recently it has gone down maybe they are understaffed which I understand but please fix this problem. read more

Great to have Splash back in action. The new systems clean my car with a super shine; spend the few extra bucks for the Tsunami wash, and it is totally worth it! The monthly pass is a bargain considering the competition within walking distance (who are the city planners, do they even pay attention to the area?) Anyway, Splash has been in the neighborhood for a long time, and we switched to them form another wash because we support those who have supported the community over the years. I prefer Splash to all the self service car washes on Van Buren. The wash is good but I also like that they blow dry and rub down the car with the higher tier membership/car wash. Makes for the most minimal work. I've been a member for about a year but had to cancel since I'm moving. They made it extremely easy. Just became a monthly costumer today . Use to be a costumer from another one cross the street and decided to give a try here . Alberto the manager was so kind to explain everything they offer and put me trow the wash 2 times to show the difference of the better one that dry better . Today was the day for the work to be done. Edwin confirmed the appointment early this morning and arrived on time. My car was properly detailed which always starts with a clay bar, no Armor All and no crappy cotton polishing rags that swirl the paint. Edwin understood all of this, which gave me confidence. If I could rate less then one star I would.. NEVER GO HERE! I took my car in this morning to get washed and went with the super special. This package is about $25 which isn't bad for everything it offered. I told them I was leaving and I would be back in about an hour. When I came back to pick it up. No one knew where my keys were. I go over to my car and of coarse no one could find them because they left my keys in the ignition and left it running. When I open my car door it looked as if nothing had been touched. Nothing was vacuumed, there was still paper straw covers and a receipt in my door, all of the leather still had dust on it and most of all when I opened the trunk there was dog hair covering my seats just the same as when I took it in. I spoke to the manager and demanded a refund because honestly it looked like all they did was wash the outside and even that was a crap job. He said he could not do that and all he could offer was a free wash next time. I told him I would never come back to have my car washed by them because it was done so terrible.....there is a lot more to go into but this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with any business. The manager was a joke and should never hold a position like that if he can't be professional to a paying customer. He was rude and when I was explaining what I was upset about he just walked away in the middle of me talking and said hope u have a great day god bless.....never ever get you car wash here! read more

This Car Wash is not worth the money or the time. Stopped in today for a car wash, was sold a wax package. totaled $45.00. Not worth it. My wash should have cost $10.00 I have been here several times because I like to support my Local Businesses, But every time I go I have to point out areas they missed or didnt clean. They seem to rush as to get the most cars in with the lowest quality wash.Verrrryy Disgusted in their service. This is not the first time i have had issues, They just dont get the job done. They use to be great. Lots of people working super friendly and everything in the store stoked up. It is not the same at all has gone down hill. The computers are gone, the people aren't as nice. Some guy attacks you when you pull in about the "cracks" on your windshield. No bro, that's just shit cause it's dirty. He claims to do it for free and all you have to do is call your insurance cause he knows they cover it. Then when you find out they don't be charged you 40 bucks. Beware! Car was decently clean. Waited 10 mins before asking for a manager to complain. 10 mins to even be asked what kind of wash I want, all while the little dude that works there stances there looking lost. The manager came and I should of known he wouldn't give af when o noticed half his teeth were gone. Manager could care less about the crappy service or lack there of. Took my 2016 keep grand Cherokee for a wash today. The service was poor at best I opened the door only to see they never cleaned the door jams or kick boards the seats had never been vacuumed. I have an Alfa Romeo Giulia TI Sport Carbon which has special rims on low profile wheels. Other car wash tunnels have damaged my rims with the way they hold the car. Splash car wash instead has an ultra safe conveyor belt that ensure's the safety of my car. I highly recommend checking it out. read more

I think this car wash has the best bang for your buck. I got a full detail, mats washed, headlights polished, and a wax for $49. They are very thorough as well. Can't find this kind of deal and attention to detail anywhere else. They did such a good job on the headlights! read more
