I was surprised that when I took it for a wash and wax at the local car wash that the water stops didn't come off. I contacted many local car detailers via Yelp asking about water spot removal. Many places didn't respond, some responded but didn't read my request thoroughly. Bumper to Bumper contacted me and knew exactly what I was looking for. Scheduling took some time as I only work from home a few days per week. Bumper to Bumper showed up on the specified date at the specified time and gave the car a mild acid bath, washed, clay barred, polished and waxed. There were two of them so they double-teamed on the job using two buffers on opposite sides. Since there were two of them it didn't take too long like I thought. I posted some before photos but forgot to take some after photos and will do so as a follow-up to my review. I was pleased with the result and will use them again if needed. Five stars!
