I came to get my windshield tinted and was told 45 minutes. I came after an hour and the guy who I asked about my car was super rude and had attitude. He said it's 30 minutes and I said I was told 45 minutes an hour ago. The owner Juan shrugged and said I can work on it or you can take it. Then he said the first tint had got messed up but he didn't call me to tell me it would be longer. He then gave attitude again asking if I wanted him to do it and I said well yeah if you're already working on it go ahead. It's just unprofessional that I didn't get a call about waiting (which I would've been fine with) but then add nasty attitude coming from an old ass dude is crazy. We had a great experience with this company. They were helpful and even able to fit us on the same day, and it was completed within the time given. Tint and door speakers were installed, and we were given many options for other items without pressure. Juan was very helpful, courteous, and respectful. They made an indent on my door panel, now the windows squeaks when it's roll down or up, the rub cushions between the door and the car is falling off... don't come to this place. They need to refund people back for breaking things... just avoid this place.... NOT WORTH COMING HERE AT ALL. Very disappointed about their work ethics. Just found out that Vicknyo staff had damaged our car dashboard while installing new backup camera and rewiring. Quick crappy job. Don't take it to this shop for your audio works. Only shop i trust with anything i need when it comes to audio, tint or any questions i have. Juan and his crew have done all my cars ive owned . My parents cars too and never had any issues with the tint. Or anything else. Recently went back because I thought i was having "issues" with my sound system that they installed btw. Come to find out i set the settings on my amp too high and it was over loading it so they adjusted my amp and settings correctly now it hits how it's supposed to if not better! I've had zero issues with these guys, window tint was bubbling on one of my vehicles, they replaced it no problem. Just save your receipt for warranty. Juan & his crew are great guys. Came here for a tint on my car. Last Tuesday and not even 2 days after the rear windshield film started to peel off. Also theres several bubbles on the passenger side window. This is incredibly irritating, because i already live far but decided to come here thinking it would be quality work, but it seemed more like quantity work than quality. they were more worried about getting vehicles in and out in a timely manner rather than paying attention to the details for a quality job. Also when i spoke with the representative on phone prior to coming in to get a quote he told me it would be 130-140. after finishing the receipt came out to 156.00. i didnt really care too much about the 15-20 difference from the quote given to me, because i thought it wouldve been at least a decent/good job. but nope. read more

Use caution*****Very disappointed in service. My family, friends, and employment company have been going here for over 10 years but not anymore. Brought back my 2012 Yaris, a 3rd time for re-tint under 5 yr warranty. Notice its been 3 years and tint work sucked. Service workers broke my door switch panels to unlock and lock doors/ window lock. Service workers tried to glue and put tape to cover their mishap. Should have been honest from the get go. Never said anything. Called manager Juan and got an apology and stated he would take care of it. Hope employees get reprimanded!!! Manager offered to fix if brought back car..no thanks...so they can break it more?! Feel sorry for the BMW that was being serviced same time.Good luck! read more

Worst customer service ever!!!! Please do not take your car here!! They are scammers!! I brought my car here to be tinted and I told the lady at the front desk which percentage tint I wanted. Which was the darkest tint. She told me I had to pay upfront for the service which I didn't have a problem with because I didn't think I would have a problem. Well when I went to pick up my car, it was definitely lighter than what I expected. I told the manager it looks lighter than what they showed me and he said let it dry and give it a day or so. I took my car back the next day because as I suspected , the tint did not get darker. The manager told me that if I wanted it darker, I would have to pay to get the tint removed and to place a darker tint on which I already paid for!! Which would be an additional $300!! Don't be played for a fool like I was.... I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I went here because my cousin went there a couple years ago, and seemed to do quality work. They strangely only have 3 levels of tint. 35%, 20%, and 5%. Most places offer 4. The time they quoted me was an hour and a half, it ended up taking about 4 hours. And despite the fact we had told them numerous times that we had another car coming so we can get a discount, they still took on more cars, and then said they couldn't do our second one that day, after we had driven all the way from Corona, and assured us that it could be done the same day. They refused to come down on the price despite the inconvenience. They also left a bunch of used paper towels in my car, and left a trim piece on my rear window halfway hanging off which I had to fix myself. I likely won't go there again because of the poor customer service, lack of options, and an overall unprofessional vibe. read more
