After receiving a bid the final price was twice the original bid amount. Lesson learned is to be present throughout the process. To Clutter Cops credit after a discussion and mis communication on both of our parts we were able to agree to a solution that was acceptable to all. Did exactly what we asked them to do. Removed all of our clutter and now we have our guest room back. She was running late and was extremely apologetic which was fine, not a big deal at all. My in laws passed away recently and we've been here every weekend for 2 months packing and moving things out or holding estate sales. We didn't know what we were going to do with several large antiques that remained. We called Clutter Cops and they had an appointment today at 1pm. They called at 12:30 and said they were running about 10-15 minutes behind schedule but arrived right around 1:15. Within an hour the two men had cleared everything that was left out and loaded it on their truck. They saved our backs and didn't break the bank doing it. We bought a cabin, fully stocked, that needed some serious decluttering. We don't have a truck and since we have a small child, renting a truck and taking a bunch of trips to the dump and Goodwill wasn't in the cards for us. Enter Clutter Cops! Melanie was so responsive and easy to work with. Scheduling was easy and she and her assistant came out on time, and packed up their truck with all the stuff that was causing us stress. They removed alot of clutter but also removed items they were not supposed to take. I will never recommend this company.

Although most of the clutter is gone so are a lot of item that were taken also known as theft. I would not recommend them ever.

They were an hour late for our appointment. In exchange, they discounted off the standard price fairly, so I am leaving a happy customer. We had all our stuff staged on the sidewalk, and loaded a half truck in under 10 minutes. Fair quotes, and it was convenient to text with Melanie rather than have to continually make phone calls. I think it's a family business too, a father and son team arrived to pick up from us. Five stars. read more

My mom's apartment in Anacortes was full of her "treasures" and there was no way I could clean it out solo. I found Clutter Cops online. They were easy to schedule, arrived on time, and got busy. We were on second floor with elevator. I provided an estimate of boxes and bags and was way off. The price was double. But I added in a heavy as hell dresser and mirror and a bunch of other stuff including chemicals and a printer. Our stuff was fairly organized but it was still a lot. They got it done in an hour. I would have paid more honestly for the grief it saved me. So yep, they are trustworthy. read more
