I hired these guys three times over the past 3 years (don't ask why... Haha). Everytime they have…read morenot disappointed! They're hard workers they move quickly, and they have never broke anything! Most movers I get really nervous because something is always going to get broken, but I don't have any worry at all if these guys. So much so I don't feel the need to buy extra protection or anything. They take really good care and wrap everything that is needed. One thing I was nervous about this time is it was the first time Dominic wasnt there, but this time the movers were just as good if not better than last time. It was an 8 hour move going from 3500 sq ft in lake Stevens, then stopped by a storage unit, then moved into to a 1,300 sq ft apartment in Southlake union. Overall it was around $1750 after tax and then I tipped them on top (but did it because I wanted to, I didn't feel any kind of pressure to do so). In my opinion that's a really good price for 8 hours of moving. Anyway, I told them I'm hoping this is the last time, mainly because I dont wanna move not because of them or anything. Definitely recommend these guys and will continue to reach out and use them if I ever have to move again. Thanks!

Everything was placed into my moving container carefully and strategically to avoid breakage, and they tied everything down with rope, which was much appreciated. The communication leading up to the job was perfect, from our first conversation they were friendly, and were on the ball every step of the way, plus they had good suggestions during the move which I appreciated very much. Lastly, the guys were friendly and professional, there was no attitude and they didn't seem annoyed when I made a couple of suggestions. Overall, I'd recommend them!

I moved from Oak Harbor Wa to Berkley Mi. The price was very competitive to other co. it was the sturdy and weather tight container that tipped the scale. The cube had many places to tie down load. At the start site the driver did not have a forklift so he had to slide the cube of a trailer, The driver made sure my driveway did not get damaged but also added protective wood planks to assure no damage. They handled everything carefully without me having to hover or stress about my stuff getting wrecked. Nothing felt rushed, but they still moved efficiently and kept things going. Parking at my new place could've been a mess, but they figured it out on the spot without making it a whole ordeal. Just handled it and kept moving. They were also super patient throughout the process and just easy to work with. Good attitudes, good communication, no weird energy which honestly makes a huge difference on a moving day. Moving is a nightmare, but they made it way smoother than expected. If you get Tim and Akuul, you're in good hands.

We hired BackBreakers NW July 2024 to partially pack a household of furniture and move it into…read morestorage in Burlington 124 miles away. The packing crew was quick, courteous and seemed competent. But later after seeing how a different BackBreakers crew unloaded and packed things the next day, I decided I would not use them to move my things into a house a year later. Particularly unnerving was the unwrapped TV set on the floor 3 feet from the door, lamp shades on top of glass lamp shades without any padding in between. I had not traveled the distance to supervise the unpacking at storage. My error. July 2025 I hired a different company to move items from storage into a home, and they discovered that a leg of an irreplaceable antique desk have been broken when it was placed into storage. I will need to hire a woodworker to repair the desk leg. Also lamp shades in a box were glass to glass without any padding around them. Two leather recliners have long-lasting indentations them from nesting upside down. In a box clearky marked "pictures" was the cookware top I'd been looking for a month. One particularly expensive original piece of art in frame was not wrapped at all and the frame set leaning against a wall in storage. Totally unacceptable. I do not recommend this company.

DONT DO IT. They called the same day of my move to cancel, with all sorts of excuses. They had…read morealready received over $400 deposit Via Western Union to secure the truck and transportation. Before they cancelled they asked for a credit card for "Security purposes", it was very shady. I had 1 day to move and it was planned 2 weeks in advance with them. Because of them, I had to pay to ride back and forth on a ferry twice to get a truck of my own and move everything myself. We started at 5 am so we would be ready for the movers and did not finish to get off the island until after 1:00 am due to them canceling. way too long and stressful of a day. You will not save a dime using these movers. As a small business owner myself, I thought I was helping out a fellow local business. This is not a business it is a SCAM. Jennifer and Tony do not have your best interests at heart nor are they part of any business community. I will change this post IF I get my deposit back, but I do not have high hopes of that, based on the unprofessional manner that this was handled.
