I have lived in Sequim for 22 years. Over time, I kept lowering my expectations for service providers. Curtis blew the walls off my expectations for hauling away a pile of items from a 10 year clean up. He was responsive, prompt, courteous, and organized. Curtis provided several options for combining payment and scheduling. But, what really impressed me the most? I contacted him just before noon, and by 2:15, my junk was GONE! What!? In Sequim? Hardworking and professional under difficult conditions. I hired them to clean out a hoarding situation with cats shut up in a mobile home. They said it would take two days. All dump fees included. I almost did not believe them. Zach and Benjamin worked all day and into the evening. The next day they brought in another crew and completely cleaned it out including the carpets. It took 8 trailer loads to do it, but it was done in two days. After they were done they swept and cleaned up to the point of picking up metal out of the gravel in front so car tires would not be punctured. I cannot say enough about this company from every word he spoke he delivered on!! We had a massive clean out of a 3 bedroom 2 bath double wide and several storage units !! At our request he even pulled up carpet for a reasonable price !! These guys are the real deal !! You will be satisfied with everything they do !! My Mother passed leaving me her home and many belongings. I live 2.5 hours away with limited time to clear the home to sell. They were knowledgeable and offered more services than a simple moving company. Zach was courteous and professional and kind. His and quote was a reasonable bid to pick up construction materials to take to the dump. His fee also included the dump fees. We set up a date and time and he arrived on time, and all materials were removed and he let me know there was more room if I had anything else to remove!
