Bought some used barrels for burning today. Quick and simple transaction, and super affordable!

I guess the the bad part or the reason I even went there in the first place was Ed on the phone…read moresounded really friendly, helpful, interested in having my business all that stuff but once you park your car and try to walk in, he's an asshole start to finish. He'll ignore you while you're clearly the only person there and talk to other coworkers. He changes the hours whenever he feels like it. I can't tell you how many times I've rushed to get there b4 3 ( posted hours are 5 I think. But ed says he stops taking customers @3 so they can clean up) it's never clean from what I see. Last time I got there b4 three but Ed said he stopped at 2 today. All his guys are home!?! doing it at two or no OK pleasure not doing business with you everybody I've encountered that works there which is very few people. They're all pricks. They all treat customers like shit they rip you off and be honest, I really don't care scrap I'm not trying to get a lot of money. I'm just trying to not pay to throw my metal away, but he's just a liar. I can honestly say every time I've been there and even seen him deal with other customers he is a dick. There is a guy that does that nonferrous his name is Tom, I think Tom he's a good guy I think sometimes Ed's shittiness rubs off on him and he starts trying that out but for the most part he's always treated me with respect but one good guy doesn't save the bunch. They're all a bunch of pricks I'll never do business with them again ever And why would I there's better options that are close and closer to home

After leaving I mistakenly thought I left my sun glasses there and the nice lady who answered the phone looked and asked around for them immediately. No more recycling with this company for me. I brought more than 100lbs of computer boards and they…read morepaid $37.00, what a rip off. Last month I recycled more than 200lbs of clean stainless steel and they paid 0.17 a pound. There are better recycling place that pays more. update 2017-07-07 I got a phone call from Ryan, the owner?, of Pacific Iron today and instead of apologizing for maybe an honest mistake of their employee, he start screaming and yelling at me over the phone. 2017-07-08 In response to Ryan Comment. If you really want to make the record straight, why not list the events that I told you over the phone before you start yelling and screaming at me. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO DO THAT TO ANY HUMAN BEING unless that is what you are. I am sure the reason for you to being very upset and yelling is when I told you what I've witness during my visit at your place. Your first excuse at the beginning of conversation is that it must be a mistake by her as new employee that is still in training. But when I told you that it was not her who did the weighing and coding in the computer. I even told you that she actually separated the expensive materials and commented to me" its better for you", and I thank her for doing that. - she separated the monitor boards single layer from computer boards bin. - she separated the pure cooper wire from the cat5 cables bin. but when it went to the weighing scale, your other employee had put/mixed them back to the bin and CODED both the computer boards and low grade item in one. Same what he did with the copper wire mixing it back to low grade cables. IS THIS WHAT YOU CALL "HONEST BUSINESS". I call it cheating and stealing!! Your next defense was why I did not complain immediately when I was still there, sure I did. After the cashier hand me a very low payout, I asked him why those computer boards was paid 0.30cents a pound. The cashier then told me the same excuse you said to me over the phone " NO IDEA BECAUSE I DID NOT SEE YOUR MATERIALS" so I went back to your employee who weighted the items and ask him why he coded the computer boards to "low grade" instead of computer grade? he just shrugs his shoulder like he did not hear me. I also ask him why he coded the clean stainless steel as " contaminated"? but he give no explanation as if he does not speak english or so. And when I asked you why there is no itemize on ticket printout at the weighing scale for the recycler to see so we can verify what was the weight and items coding, you sound irritated and got pissed off. You also failed to mention on your " set the record straight" long explanation that I have been recycling with your company with the same computer boards, hard drives, wires etc since 2009. All of computer boards, small or large, has always been paid in "computer grade" between $3 to $1.7 a pound. AND INSTEAD OF offering an apology and correct the "MAYBE an honest mistake" you started to talk like your whole world is collapsing. Is that how you treat customers? Screaming and yelling at them over the phone? No respect to people that provide you food on your table and employee? Even after I told you over the phone and email to not waste more of our valuable time and move on, you seem to have a lot of time yelping and yet failed to apologize.

The driver's latest tactic to divert…read moreresponsibility off himself for the poor service that he provides is to accuse us of putting non recyclables in the recycling bin. We places a clear garbage bag full of Styrofoam outside next to our garbage bins to be picked up by the garage truck. He accused us of putting it in the recycling bin. I know this because I received a letter from Waste Management warning me not to do it again. I am contacting WM and the city of Marysville about this because he is not going to harass me because I call about our recycling being missed every other time. Do your damn job and take responsibility for when you are not doing it.

Your handling of non-business and residential dumpster accounts is absurd. One rep tells me my…read moreaccount is merged with my residential service, while others argue it's not allowed. It seems to depend on who helps and how much effort they put in. This puts residential dumpster renters at risk of thinking their bill is current when it's not. Despite being told otherwise, I still can't see anything but my main residential account, which is paid in full. Now, I find out I'm 240 days past due on a bill I had no access to--no online visibility and no paper bills at all until it's already 240+ days overdue and about to be sent to collections. Then, when I call for help, I'm treated like a liar and made to feel like an inconvenience to the very person who was supposed to assist me. Meanwhile, WM has no problem calling me multiple times a week, yet when I try to resolve the issue, I'm met with generic responses like, "That's not my department." Your billing process desperately needs improvement. WM has a responsibility to ensure all accounts and services are automatically or manually linked under one login. Customers should not bear the burden of tracking down hidden accounts, requesting merges, or manually linking services. In my case, I had no way to access my dumpster account or receive invoices until it was 240+ days past due--only then did a system finally trigger a notice. Paper bills should be sent monthly, not just when an account is severely delinquent. Customer service reps must follow a standardized process for account linking to ensure transparency and consistency. Past-due notices should be sent for each individual account--merged or not--to prevent situations like this where customers are unknowingly accumulating debt. Automated email reminders for upcoming payments and past-due balances would also help ensure customers stay informed. WM should proactively manage accounts, not leave customers in the dark until collections become involved. If I had any other option, I would switch immediately and never look back. Unfortunately, WM is the only provider in my area, meaning I'm stuck dealing with their incompetence, poor service, and lack of accountability. If I could give you zero stars, I would, but it forces me to give you at least one.
