Yes, there are stairs. And there is no TV and no refrigerator in every room. The wifi worked perfectly for us all. It is an old-fashioned B&B with wonderful old-fashioned furnishings. Ann is very friendly and accommodating. She was always available, but left us alone unless we had a question. Traveling can be expensive, but this place is an incredible value!
