Beyond that, they cleaned up after themselves and had our property looking immaculate afterwards. The crew cleaned up after the work was completed so that there was no dust or wood chips on our roof (and our neighbor's roof since they had to access the neighbor's property to fully take down the tree). Anyone visiting us the next day would've never known that we just had a giant tree cut down. There was some oil spillage on our paved alley/driveway from a chainsaw that broke while cutting down the tree, and Northside provided us with a free power wash to take care of the problem. Dean came out to quote my job very soon after I called him. He even called to tell me that he was going to be just five minutes late for our appointment, much appreciated. Dean was very informative and helpful in assessing our trees and determining the best course of action. You can tell he's got a ton of experience and knowledge. He told me when he had another job in our area and offered to "save [me] a few bucks" if he could do our trees at the same time. He quoted a fair price which included cleanup and removal of the logs. They took out two diseased trees in our back yard. They removed all the debris, left our yard clean, and left minimal stumps. Failed to complete the project by removing the limbs over my house as stated in the contracted. I was charged over $5000 for perfunctory work ( that ultimately was not completed) and then get harassed when honest reviews are left. This company does not respect the Consumer Review Fairness Act and engages in punitive behavior in an effort to curate 'good' reviews.

Their pricing was clearly the best of several bids. The trees were all in tight quarters and had to be roped out. They were particularly careful protecting certain areas with important plants or smaller trees. There was minimal damage and less than would be expected for a job of this size. The salesman and project manager were often on site during the work, but the 6 man crew was more than capable on their own. They had the necessary equipment to move quickly and efficiently.
