This bank is not that great. Its not awful, but it certainly is lacking in certain areas. These areas include: customer service, clerical errors and speed and accuracy of transactions conducted. You may think I am being harsh, but I have over heard other customers complaining too. My worst experience was being told that the bank's mistake was my own, then being treated dismissively by members of staff until I demanded to speak to whoever was in charge who proceeded to be borderline abusive to me. You will be happy to know I then said the magic words: customer service and everything was rectified (by, to be honest, the nice girl in the customer service call centre!). Anyway I wouldn't recommed this branch to anyone, but I have nothing against the bank as a whole, because whenever the branch is not involved the account has run like clockwork! And to be fair, some of the other girls who work here are very pleasant. So: don't boycott Clydesdale, boycott this branch! read more
