When my wife tried asking them questions post surgery not only did they not answer the question, but they were also condescending to her, blaming her for the lack of results from her surgery and gaslighting her. Since her supposed rhinoplasty she has had major issues breathing out of her nose and we now have to pay more money to have it corrected. If I could report them to a board her in the states for malpractice and get my money back I would.

The other two clinics would not let me talk to any doctor even when I told them I needed some answers before paying the expenses for lodging, transportation, food etc. The doctors at ProgenCell were completely transparent with their advise even if it meant that possible stem cell treatment would not work for one of my knees and knee replacement would be the better choice. Third, the staff was totally punctual on all levels. Scheduled phone calls, treatments, transportation for pick up and delivery were right on schedule. Forth, the staff and doctors were kind, patient, thorough, professional and fun to be with. Fifth, the staff even set up the appointments and transportation for x-ray and lodging for me. Really, they were so efficient, all I had to do was show up. It's a little early to know of the long term effects of the stem cell treatment but I have notice an improvement in regards to my pain level and function with my knees after about 2 weeks since my treatment. Was in danger of losing a tooth due to gum loss and needed oral surgery right away to save the…read moretooth. Periodontists in San Diego wanted $1200 out of pocket with my crummy insurance. I was looking through my insurance website trying to find another periodontist to get a second opinion and saw ADC listed in Tijuana. Knowing that my insurance company would not have a shady outfit approved on their network, I contacted ADC and made an appointment. I have had fillings and minor dental work done in Mexico over the years, but was nervous about having actual surgery down there. I shouldn't have worried - the facilities at ADC were cleaner and more modern than any dentist in the USA. All the instruments came right out of sterile autoclave packets and the imaging equipment was state of the art. There is a paid parking lot next door. Dr. Ahumada was a joy to work with - very knowledgeable and professional. The surgery sucked, but she made it as comfortable as she could. The receptionist speaks good English. My out of pocket expenses, including a trip to the pharmacy was under $700. ADC saved me $500 and Dr. Ahumada could not be beat. Very highly recommended.
