It's a cool concept, but they really should offer warm up and also unlimited membership. Or a discount if 2-3 classes are taken per week.

During my conversation with him, I asked about the program's focus, particularly around mental health support without substance abuse, as the website heavily emphasizes substance abuse treatment. His response was unprofessional. He cut me off from speaking and he referred to individuals attending these programs as "sketchy" (his words, not mine), which I found offensive. He also told me that the Fort Lauderdale location was only accepting substance abuse patients, contradicting what I was told by another admissions representative, who assured me the program was not limited to that focus. His tone came across as condescending, and his behavior was completely inappropriate for a mental health facility. A different intake staff member called me back afterward and said that Richard was "new," but that is not true. He has been with the company for years. I appreciate the last person recognizing that Richard was out of line and calling to smooth things over, but the damage was done. I'm writing this review so others do not have to experience what I experienced as they search for mental health support.
