Cory had taken care of my lawn for a couple of years during an annual vacation where I only needed mowing for 3-4 weeks. I thought he did good work and was priced fairly, he was also pleasant to communicate with via text message. This past June however, he was scheduled to take care of my lawn, as he did in the previous years, but was a no-show. I text him about the absence and he blamed a new hire and promised he would take care of it first thing Monday. Monday rolls around and nothing. Several text messages later and still nothing. I had to pay my house-sitters to mow, which wasn't something they signed up for but were willing to help with. They were not the most suited for the task, but what can you do. Disappointed. Hope he's alright, will definitely update my review if there is a legitimate reason for the lack of response. read more

Cory at CMC did a fantastic job tilling our front yard!My wife and I had removed 2/3 of the sod ourselves months ago, and when we were ready to continue the project the yard was covered in weeds and remaining grass. Cory came by on Labor Day weekend in 90 degrees and was meticulous and thorough in his work, making sure to avoid our gas line and even raking out and disposing of the weeds and grass that he t. Just had Cory from CMC come out to do some lawn work. I read that a good way to rejuvenate a tired lawn reasonably was to mow, dethatch, aerate, and then overseed. Cory did that and then some. His price was more than reasonable compared to another quote I was given. He cleaned up after he was finished and took all of the bagged grass debris with him. I couldn't be happier. I plan on hiring him to also clean my gutters. He will definitely be on my list to go to for any lawn and gutter needs. read more
