I asked for Sunday morning if possible or Monday if morning wasn't doable (I was told both days had openings in the email). My response was sent on Friday morning, I did not receive any communication back. Now, Monday, I called again to see what was going on. And got a voicemail saying they are now booked up until 10/22. What's the point in getting me the schedule, then not schedule me in and tell me that you're now weeks out. What a waste of time.

Initiating the project through the Yelp platform went smoothly and I was able to schedule service within a week. There were some communication delays as it got closer to the day of service. I had questions about the weed killer I'd purchased and wanted to know what the crew size would be. It took longer than I wanted to hear back and I expressed my frustration via text. Alex promptly offered to come over to my house and meet in person to answer my questions. JCB Landscaping is a family business and they had been celebrating their daughter's graduation, so the comms delay was understandable to me. The service was bumped to the next day when their trailer filled up sooner than expected. This was a minor inconvenience because my husband and I had been planning to go to a museum, but stuff happens ‍! The crew did an amazing amount of work in just a few hours, and the front and back yards looked very different: without all the weeds including many monster thistles, there were spaces for the eye to rest, and it was possible to enjoy the individual types of plantings.
