Gosh, I hate leaving negative reviews, but this company has been impossible to even get a bid from. I reached out over a month ago and they expressed interest, but I didn't hear back when I replied. So, a few weeks later, I reached out again - no reply. Same thing a few weeks later. It's a shame - seems like they do good work and we would have liked to work with them. Edit: The business replied with totally inaccurate information. I put out a call for weeding. The next day, I got a "quote" of $65/hour so I said it sounded great and would be happy to have them come look at the scope and start work. No reply. About 18 days later, I asked if they were still interested in doing the job. No reply. So if this is how they tell you they've decided not to work with you, it's not an awesome communication method. Hopefully others have better luck connecting with them to get work completed. read more

I tried to use this company but they scheduled and then no-showed 3 times. I even talked to the owner before each of the no-shows. He seemed like a good guy offering a good service but then wasted my time and now the proper time-window for having my lawn serviced is past. Rob is my go-to landscaper in Colorado. I have two properties which he does routine mowing, trimming, weeding, and power washing. He leaves the yard looking flawless and sends pics each time so you know he's proud of his work. Rob has also built a split rail fence and a flagstone gravel path for a second entrance to my home. Friendly, but poor at managing his work schedule. Provides erratic service and I have seen his many reasons in responding to other customers' reviews. In working with me, Robert always set the day and times of his mowing schedule, but it changed frequently and with either no or short notice. At the very beginning, he came on a Friday and without any notice came again the very next Monday (3 days later)! Regarding the Memorial Day holiday, I texted Robert in advance that if he was going to take off for the Memorial Day holiday, he would not be able to come on Tuesday, because concrete trucks would be at my house to do some work. Robert said he was working on Monday and I could expect him as scheduled, but he did not show. When I texted him that afternoon, he apologized, writing that he must have missed me in his notice distribution. He said he was not feeling well and suggested Thursday between 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM. On Thursday, I had not heard anything from Robert so I texted him at Noon and asked if he could come before 3:00 PM. He texted right back that he would be at my house "in an hour or so", but at 12:45 PM, he texted that he was concerned about it raining and would have to come "first thing tomorrow morning" (It did not rain; just cloudy). I had to leave home at mid-morning the next day, but he did text at Noon that he had finished mowing my lawn. When I got home, I could not believe the amount of clippings lying in the backyard (way more than at his last mowing 11 days ago). There were clumps of cut grass all over, even on the side walk from the wheels of his mower. I have a small backyard approximately 400sf and filled one and a half plastic grocery bags with clippings. I am totally confused about why he started leaving clippings - only in the backyard - and, especially, after cutting very long grass, how he could be comfortable leaving such a mess. Overall, Robert is friendly, but inconsistent in when and how he works. read more
