The proprietor, Steve was very nice and easy to talk to on the phone. I was at work when he came but when I got home I was thoroughly impressed with the job he did. Most recently, with all the rain we've gotten, my off white Berber carpet was embarrassingly dirty from the dogs tracking in on wet feet. He came out again today, and once again I am thoroughly impressed. He arrived on time, works alone, is very efficient (3 rooms, 2 arm charms in less than 3.5 hours). Oh yeah, and he does upholstery at the same reasonable price that he does carpeting. The more rooms you have the less expensive. I will use him again and again.
