Not really a good time for me, especially if they were late, but o.k. Then they wanted to push it to Friday. Absolutely not! Then Monday 4-5. I was going to accept that, but as I was paying for the storage rooms that I could have simply given up if they'd shown up when they said, I decided that I'd had it. I will probably get some of the rent money back, but who knows when they would have finally shown up? I do have a life outside of accommodating them. I was already taking bids for the next part of the project, but I had to tell them I don't know when I'll be able to start that. So back to finding a new hauler.

This relates to what comes across as current communication issues. And if I come to Yelp and highlight the good, it is only fair to also highlight when an experience with a company... is not good. I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. When I contacted the owner, he offered to pay to have the window repaired if we found a repair person. Repaired the window and have been waiting for over a month for reimbursement. Contacted the company after two weeks and was told payment had been sent. Never received and the owner said he would issue another check. After another week I contacted the owner again and he responded "he forgot" and said he would drop off a check. Another week has passed and still no check. Very disappointing.
