Brian has settled several IRS inquiries within a few days with on-target communications that strike remarkable balances between conciseness, decisiveness, and collegiality with the IRS professionals. Perhaps as importantly, Brian and Sally are warm, kind, and easily approachable. Their social IQ's are conspicuously extraordinary, and it shows whenever they need to correct something I've done that's stupid (which is not all that infrequently).
