Paula is the best! We were having back- ups for years when using another company... Nobody ever took the time to figure out why we were backing up instead of just snaking the darn line! Paula put a camera down the pipe from cesspool tank to overflow and saw that it wasn't emptying properly so our cesspool kept backing up into our basement! Haven't had a problem since they placed a new overflow pipe. She saved us so much frustrations!! read more

I had a really great experience with CMM. After a septic backup, they came to the rescue with a pump out and line clearing. They are honest and reliable and did an amazing job, and this was after another company had already come ( charged me an arm and a leg) and didn't actually fix the problem. Chris and Jose came to my residence and I told them I believed the issue was with a blockage in my downstairs line, not a cesspool issue. Yet they still insisted on digging up my front yard to find the cover for the cesspool. I told them the general location from the last time service was performed (by another company), and they decided to dig elsewhere anyway. They couldn't find the cover so they decided to check for the blockage I initially mentioned. Chris came in and tried to unclog the pipes from my downstairs toilet, and was unable to unclog the line. He then told me due to scheduling conflict he and Jose would have to leave, and they would be able to come back at a later date (I would have to schedule it, understandable), and there wouldn't be a fee since they were unable to complete the job. I called today and spoke to Robyn and Chris, and Chris basically called me a liar, that he never said they would come back another day, or that they would not charge me a fee to complete the job. They said it was a separate line, and therefore they had to charge me again. So I basically paid $515 for them to dig up my front yard for no good reason, and leave my downstairs piping clogged. Nice way to earn a poor review. I would not recommend anyone do business with these crooks. read more

Paula was great! After 6 years of neglect my septic tank at my business was full and all 14 drains backed up. Paula came within 2 hours and stood out in the rain with my to assess the problem. After pumping that pool empty my drains were still not moving to they sucked the line, cleared the vent and got a very clogged pipe freeded up. My business is very important to me and they got me up and running VERY fast. Constant texts give updates as to the appointment and progress of the job kept my mind at ease. All I can say about CMM is they are the greatest! I've never had such a positive transaction with a business. The entire staff was a class act. I had an emergency situation with my septic system. I called three other companies to help me out but they couldn't fit me in their schedules. Robin over at CMM took my call and made time to send her guys out same day. After six months of owning our house, around 10 pm the other night, my downstairs bathroom started backing up. When someone ran a shower upstairs the toilet and shower in the lower floor would start to flood. I called around to a few "24 hour" cesspool companies and no one answered or if someone picked up, they transferred me to a dead line and my call eventually got dropped. I then called CMM and spoke to Paula. She was AMAZING! She walked me through how to find my main line and even video chatted with me to try to help me find our septic tanks. She arranged for someone to come out the next morning to locate the tanks and mitigate the issue. Fortunately, it turned out that we just needed the line clear.
