June 27th 2025 -Four Seasons Cesspools hits a repeated home run with their service -once again. I called and they sent one of their reputable drivers David, to expedite my annual maintenance pump. The experience was -FLAWLESS- once again. He was professional in his task and communication. He's another longtime employee of the company. In my experience, a company with many longtime employees shows the caliber of the company's professionalism and expertise. This is the fifth year in a row that I have continued to utilize this company. I suggest to give them a call concerning any plans for pumping, maintaining or upgrading to a new cesspool or septic tank. Like I said before- No BS. These guys are # ONE. read more

I told them that my septic line was backing up and that I suspected that my cesspool was full. They came out and I later found out that they just looked into the access pipe to my overflow tank which they misidentified as the cesspool (at that point I was not aware of where the actual cesspool was). They told me that my "cesspool" was not full and that they snaked the main line. The problem occurred a few days later and, when I called to tell them this, I was given an attitude ("well if they didn't perform the work then the problem would have happened again sooner"). They agreed to send someone out to snake the line and the guy that came basically told me that the snaking was not and could not have been done by the first guys that came since they only looked at the overflow and did not come into the house to do any snaking. At that point I knew that the first crew did not do the work that they said that they did. I know that I should have realized that myself but I was too trusting. Anyway, the second guy snaked the drain from the downstairs shower and, after speaking to his boss, said that they were willing to comp me the visit and snaking (which I had paid for previously and was not done) but that nothing would be guaranteed. So, now I am out $300 for work that was not done properly. Well, the problem happened again so I called a different company that found the actual cesspool and cleared the main line and emptied the cesspool. I am really disappointed that I was lied to and am angry that I lost $300 and had to deal with two additional backups that should not have happened had the work been done to begin with. read more

They did very poor service although they came quickly after I called for the service. They just inserted a pipe into a small opening of my septic tank and pumped out something. They did not try to break up scum solids before the pumping. read more

The rudest, most sarcastic person showed up to my house 6 hours after I called them and then proceeded to say as snidely as possible that I had no septic problem and that the flooded lawn and walkway that had DRIED UP IN THE SUN IN THE SIX HOURS it took to get there. Told me it was a running toilet. When he dug down, not one but both lines were full. I don't know what kind of company allows men to talk to women the way this man spoke to me, but shame on them.
