This Irish dude and a couple of others cut my hair a few times, and again, nothing special. I walked in a little late last weekend with my grandson and was considering getting haircuts for both of us. The Irish dude told me that he was booked up and couldn't. I said that's cool, I wasn't sure if we could get a haircut this late. Maybe next weekend. So, I booked a haircut with the Irish dude this weekend. He informed me that he canceled my appointment, of which I wasn't notified, and told me that he didn't like our last encounter, so refusing service. Very rude! My grandson as my witness, there was no altercation. But, my money will spend just fine somewhere else and with $30 haircuts these days we the customer can expect professional service. I booked an appointment in the hair studio parking lot with the Man Cave. The lady there was very nice and no problem booking an appointment for tomorrow. I have…read morereally bad eczema (which is a skin condition that makes your skin overly dry and can create flakes all over the body including on the scalp). After curling some of my hair, the lady told me in front of my best friend, coworker, and everyone else in the salon that she couldn't continue doing my hair because I had lice. I went and had it checked out and did NOT have lice. It was very unprofessional and humiliating especially as a teenaged girl. I do not recommend since they don't know the difference between lice and dry flakes :/

I would really like to give this barbershop five stars. The technical expertise that the barber has…read moreis actually quite excellent. However, the total lack of customer service and professionalism really takes away from the actual haircut. I gave this place two chances to not only cut my hair and trim my beard the way I have requested but also to do it in a timely manner. Both times that I went the barber, who is also the owner, had his five year old and three year old in the shop. The children ran around distracting him from taking care of his customers and continually kept trying to run out the front door into the parking lot. Both times I went there to get a haircut and beard trim it took almost an hour and a half to do a high fade and a beard trim. Both times that I went to get a haircut I also asked for a straight razor shave on the side of my head below the fade. And both times, I did not receive it. Instead, the barber spent well over 30 minutes and what seemed like every pair of clippers in the store to slowly cut my hair down to the skin. What could've been accomplished in 45 minutes or less took an hour and 20 minutes instead. I believe that the barber could do a excellent job however until he is able to get a business where he does not also have to babysit and starts listening to his customers better I will not be returning.

If anyone but Leslie cuts your hair in that spot u just wasting your time and should go to East end or parlor 9. There's a long wait but knowone in either of those spots gonna mess u up.
