The Nail Techs listen and accommodate my needs and I am always very satisfied with their work. Tina checks on her customers as services are being performed to make sure they are happy with the job the Tech is doing. I've seen very few rude/unhappy customers in the last 4 years but overall, this is a rare event. I've not ever felt rushed and understand when I ask for "extras", there is an extra cost involved. My suggestion to some of these patrons is to confirm the price - more than once - to ensure language barrier is not an issue and they become disappointed. Also, speak up when you see the nail service not going "right" to begin with. Don't wait til they are all done and complain .

The guy that was working on my nails used the tools to sand off the color and he did use that tool to do some reshaping. After he'd that I noticed they looked much more natural. I hadn't noticed it before and did not ask for it. He did not add anything to my nails, he did not fix anything. The only thing that was needed was a color change. The sweet lady said it would be $5. I was charged $45. I didn't realize until after I was long gone that it was so much. I didn't receive additional gel or powder or anything. If I had known the cat eye coloring was going to cost $45 to change I wouldn't have done it. The very next day two of my nails have popped off and I have had to glue them back on.
