I enter, write my name and asked while writing "what do you want" I respond hello pedicure followed by we are very busy you can go to another location. So I try again today the time is 3:20 and the name before me arrived at 3:15. I am told I have too many people ahead of you not today. Okay then put up the closed sign. I could understand if I presented minutes to closing. This was not the case. The owner is rude and quite frankly I will never return. From the time I signed in until I was sitting at the dry table was 17 minutes. The owner was my technician. She was TERRIBLE. She literally was watching the door the entire time was supposedly working on me. I should have refused to pay. It was that bad. A young girl was working on my special needs friend. She acted like touching her was painful. The owner stood beside the pedicure chair to paint her nails. They obviously did not want her to sit at the nail stations up front so people could see her in their business!!! I did not want to embarrass my friend so I did not make a scene. You could see the brush marks and missed areas on both my nails and my friends. Of course I will never go back, I have been going to this salon for pedicures for several years on occasions. THE WAY THEY TREATED MY SPECIAL NEEDS FRIEND WAS SO SAD!! She was paying the price all the other customers pay. She deserved the same level of service!! Please do not patronize this business.

I have been going to Tina for over 4 years now and have seen 3 of the nail techs here for my nails…read more I am quite particular about my french tips and the shape, plus I don't like them thick. The Nail Techs listen and accommodate my needs and I am always very satisfied with their work. Tina checks on her customers as services are being performed to make sure they are happy with the job the Tech is doing. I've seen very few rude/unhappy customers in the last 4 years but overall, this is a rare event. I've not ever felt rushed and understand when I ask for "extras", there is an extra cost involved. My suggestion to some of these patrons is to confirm the price - more than once - to ensure language barrier is not an issue and they become disappointed. Also, speak up when you see the nail service not going "right" to begin with. Don't wait til they are all done and complain .

They don't look bad and the color was pretty. $65 was a little more than I expected but it's fine, like I said I had no complaints. I went back in on 2/11 just to get a color change. I had the cat eye coloring and I liked it but I was going to the beach so I thought I would go from green to a pink. The guy that was working on my nails used the tools to sand off the color and he did use that tool to do some reshaping. After he'd that I noticed they looked much more natural. I hadn't noticed it before and did not ask for it. He did not add anything to my nails, he did not fix anything. The only thing that was needed was a color change. The sweet lady said it would be $5. I was charged $45. I didn't realize until after I was long gone that it was so much. I didn't receive additional gel or powder or anything. If I had known the cat eye coloring was going to cost $45 to change I wouldn't have done it. The very next day two of my nails have popped off and I have had to glue them back on. I won't be back for $110 def not worth the money. Again I just want to say do $45 my nails were not fixed they had nothing added to them only a color change. Just go somewhere else.
