The ad states they don't paint them but it also says doesn't tell you how much prep work you have to put into the garbage work they do when making these. The pics are shown of the piece fresh out of the box. When I first saw it I thought they sent me a used part but after contacted customer service they said no that's what all brand new parts look like! I was mind blown that they would say that after seeing the pics of the part. Anyways they don't compensate you to ship it back and they won't refund you anything to keep it and try to fix it urself. So if you're looking for quality parts I would DEFINITELY NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY! RUN!!!
