In my last visit, I purchased roughly $600 in light bulbs. Three packages arrived tampered with--the bulbs had been swapped before being restocked. I returned those three packages to exchange them for the correct items, totaling roughly $25 in returns. Apparently this raised a red flag with the new Store Manager, Brandon, who accused me of being the person who swapped the bulbs. This is completely false. Instead of investigating or addressing this directly with me, Brandon banned me from the store--and I didn't even find out from him. I learned about the ban from two part-time employees. The District Manager has yet to follow up or explain what triggered the accusation or decision. Years of loyalty and thousands in business mean nothing when management doesn't communicate professionally or investigate before punishing a customer. I will not be returning.

Wow! I used to live in Phoenix and used Donnie at the pit for my work. I was in Phoenix for 1 week…read morefor 3 rides, after the 1st ride my rear wheel bearings decided to give out. I called Donnie forgetting it was Monday so I left a message on his voicemail. To my surprise he called back in about 5 minutes! Told me to bring it in Tuesday morning and he should be able to get me going. Showed up about 9:15 Tuesday and he took it right in the shop, up on a stand and started tearing it apart right away! Had the bad bearings out in a jiffy and made sure there was no hub damage and that he had the right bearings for my bike...which he did. I went and grabbed a quick bite and he had it ready to go by the time I got back. No up charge for the emergency visit just a very reasonable repair cost. I can't say enough about how he treated me, I really appreciated him getting me in so I didn't miss my 2nd ride. Highly recommend for any and all of your repairs.

It is pretty easy to order parts online now a days but in most cases Ramjet has them at the same prices and you dont have to pay shipping or wait to get them. They are open to 7 pm most nights and open on Sundays. I do all of my wrenching in the evenings and weekends so this is really helpful. The owner and his staff are also very active in the community. They go to all of the local car shows and cruise ins and I have ran into their staff out and about town. They are the same nice car folks outside the shop as inside. I recommend stopping into Ramjet speed shop next time you need a performance auto part and want great service, great selection and competitive prices.
