I didn't realize until I got home that they charged me extra ($25) for the controls. I tried to return the controls as I have no need for them but they would not refund my money because I didn't buy their warranty. I argued that this was not a separate item but was an integral part of the console but they would not budge. I will continue to shop this yard in the future but I will always be more mindful and always double-check my receipt before I leave.

When I arrived they looked up the battery and found the warranty and them promptly pulled the old one out of my car and installed the new one. They were super friendly too!! Last one was an AGM and ran almost 10 years. I have a couple of vehicles which include a motorcycle and RV and I do pay a lot of attention to my batteries; keep them fully charged with a charging tender and a couple times a year, run a desulfation cycle.
