I didn't proceed to set-up the consultation because their reviews online and competitive estimate should provide enough knowledge to their potential customer vs. instead of pinning them into working with them because of the thought of, "Well, we've already paid $100 towards working with this company..."

Now this week we had an urgent need for a repair from damage to our gate (we have a dog that could get loose and told them we needed it fixed as soon as possible) that was done by a cement company installing a patio. I have texted and contacted by calling 3 to 4 times. Was told each time that someone would get in touch with me. It is now four days later and I can't even get them to tell me someone will come look at the gate to see what needs to be fixed. No one is returning our calls or texts. I have since called another fencing company who came out this morning and repaired at the same day. Clearly all that Eads cares about are new installs and new sales. Not repairs of their work.
