They can either fill it with refrigerant for $800 - $1000 with leak stop and maybe stop the leak for a year or look for the leak at $299/hr and that could take about 2 hours. If they find a leak on a part that is covered then that part is free but the refrigerant and labor is still on me for about another $1000. I paid the $150 service fee for them to tell me that. I called Arlinghaus Heating and Cooling. He said he can do a leak test with dye for $213 after he spent about 30 minutes looking at everything. He also took out his electronic leak detector and spray bottle and checked the most common areas for leaks. He then put in the dye and will be back at no additional cost to look for the colored dye and leaks. Recker and Boerger did not want to locate why the low refrigerant and basically wanted to put a high cost band aid on it without knowing exactly where the band aid goes and maybe do it again every year if it leaks out until the warranty runs out then probably tell me I need a whole new system. Arlinghaus was much better and actually wanted to find the issue and solve it at a much, much lower cost to me.

I bought a dryer on Sunday, picked it up Monday from the warehouse, got it home and it didn't work. I called the store and they said I would receive a call from corporate. I got the call a few hours later and the lady said I would get a call from their appliance repair company, and they would come out and either fix it or replace it. I had to call back multiple times over the next 10 days and every time the lady would tell me their repair people would call me in 24-48 hours. I finally got a call 12 days after my initial call from their repair people. The guy came when he said he would and it turned out that the manufacturer didn't plug a connector together. I know stuff happens but this system doesn't work and 2 weeks to get service on a brand new dryer is ridiculous.

We were told that they did not have the pedestals in inventory but should be able to get them soon. The scheduled delivery date on the invoice was 12/07/25. We did not hear anything else and on 12/10/25 I stopped in the store and was informed by a sales person that the scheduled delivery was now going to be 01/11/26. I was not happy and mentioned cancelling the order. He said there would be a restocking fee for the pedestals. I asked how could they charge a restocking fee for items they say they do not have. He said that's just the way it is. I stopped back in today 01/06/26 to confirm the delivery on 01/11/26. I again spoke to Mr. Mauk who informed me it was now pushed out to 01/23/26 for delivery. I told him I wanted the entire order cancelled and I was not paying restocking fees since they were paid in full two months ago and yet the only way I find out any information on our order is when I stopped in to inquire. He told me there would be a restocking fee and that he would put a request in the system to have approval to cancel the order. Hard to believe the District Sales Manager would not have authority to cancel an order at the customers request that is two months late. I also told him I would contact our credit card company and report this information to them.

Stay far, far, FAR away from this company. They are by far the most predatory and incompetent…read morecompany that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It got to a point where I was starting to look into lawyers because I was convinced I would have to take them to small claims court. They threatened to continuously charge us for the washer and dryer we rented after THEIR failure to pick them up multiple times before our move-out date. It's a long story, but trust me - it's worth the read if you are considering renting from this company. After renting from this company for almost 6 years, we scheduled a pickup about 2 weeks before our move-out date for a house we started renting in 2020. A winter storm hit, and I was concerned for the workers' safety with all the ice, so I rescheduled for a week out. On the day of the scheduled pickup, I got an automated call saying that they rescheduled due to short staff. I called their customer service every single day (sometimes multiple times a day) to try and get our house prioritized, because the date they rescheduled for was the day after our move-out date. This company is so incredibly incompetent - their customer service had no means of getting in touch with dispatch through any means other than email. Every single day, I had them send a new email to stress the urgency and time-sensitive nature of our situation. No response came from dispatch until Thursday evening, and their response was simply to say there wasn't any availability sooner. I bit the bullet and requested a 1-day extension for our lease, which cost us about $100. Then, on the day of our scheduled pickup and the final day of our lease, I got ANOTHER automated call informing us that our pickup had been rescheduled. This left us no choice but to move the machines out ourselves and take them to our new house. Thank god we have incredibly supportive and available family who had the means to help us. Otherwise, we would've had no other choice than to abandon them at the house we were moving out of. This would've cost us at least $200 in charges from our rental company to remove them. In addition this, Appliance Warehouse's official policy is that they will keep charging you your monthly rate until they receive their washer and dryer, even in a situation like this. The disgusting part of this is that, according to the worker who eventually picked them up, the washer and dryer always go to the dump anyways. We managed to get the washer and dryer to our new house, and they were finally able to get a worker out to pick them up a week later. I was so frustrated at this point, but honestly, the worker was great. He was venting about the company just as much as I was. Apparently, they reduced their workforce down to ONLY HIM. One single person for the ENTIRE tri-state area! No wonder he had to keep rescheduling! He proceeded to tell me horror stories about this company. One particular story that stood out to me: a poor disabled woman had her washer break down mid-wash, and they refused to prioritize her repair. They took weeks to get out there, and by the time they did, the water had turned foul and had sat there the entire time, which is an obvious and serious health hazard. This company is disgusting and predatory, not only to its customers, but to its employees as well. Do NOT rent from them - just buy your own machines and sell them when you're done with them. It's a pain, I know, but it will be far less of a pain than having to deal with this unbelievably incompetent and predatory company.

When I first moved in, they offered me rent to own. Washer and dryer and now the option has suddenly disappeared which is fine. That's OK but I pay almost 50 If you do the math almost $600 a year I've paid well over the amount for the equipment. I called to see if they could work with me at all. Any type of may be prorated month for one lower the bill anything there's nothing they can do. I feel like this company is very money hungry they do not care about their customers. When you call, they say our customers is our number one priority. It is not. It is money. not do business with this company. I highly regret it.

I have made several calls to LG Customer Service and found out that the Control Panel was still under warranty. I asked them for a list of companies they recommended in the Cincinnati area. FUSE Appliance Repair was on this list. I called and spoke to Luke at FUSE and gave him some information about our dishwasher. In less than 12 hours he gave me the part number and everything I needed to provide to LG. The part ( the control panel) arrived at FUSE and Luke called to schedule an appointment. Sergei came out with new control panel and in less than 15 minutes he had our dishwasher going again. There was a $150 service charge, but that was nothing compared to the companies who came out here, charged me hundreds of dollars, and did NOTHING! I don't know about other brands, but if you have LG products that need repaired, you don't need to call any other repair company!. In fact, if I have a problem with another brand's products, the first call I will make is to FUSE. Thank you Luke and Sergei! My wife has Alzheimer's and I cannot tell you how much time this saves me from washing pots and pans and dishes.
