We used them to landscape our new home 8 years ago. The only thing that is still alive are the boulders. After $12,000 all we have are rocks. They used the cheapest nursery plants. Their own employees when replacing some our dead plants called their supplier The Tard Market (Yard Market). Wouldn't stand behind their install at all. Got put off by the salesman telling me to wait the plants will pull through. Just ran out the warranty and then it was TS! My recommendation AVOID CM's like the plague. CM's was out this morning to winterize our lawn and was done in ten minutes doing two lawns. The service wasn't good, as we have them on our Ring and also watched from the inside of our house do our lawn. The guy just did one swipe in our front yard and one one swipe in our backyard. Now, we know why our lawn looks like crap now, as we pay full price, but only get a quarter of the fertilizer. This is fraud. No fertilizer was put on our side of our house or by our street in the front of our house. The guy talked to his supervisor for three minutes while in our backyard. Also, was suppose to get our weeds sprayed today, but never sprayed for weeds at all. What service we got today and we are still waiting on the Supervisor to call us back about our service that wasn't done right. read more

As much as I hate to admit it, snow will be on the ground before you know it. And, when it hits, CM's is the place to go for help! I used CM's this past Christmas, because of that crazy blizzard that hit Christmas morning. We left town for the holidays, but I called CM's from Florida. I wanted to make sure our drive was clear, so that our house didn't look empty. It was great knowing that I could call a trustworthy company to have them take care of my empty house! They cleared the drive with shovels and snowplows! They didn't take the easy way out by using a truck. Shovels and snowplows! They sent a picture to my phone to show me how much snow we had in our driveway. It was crazy! Coming home from our trip was less stressful, because we knew we didn't have to immediately clean up the snowy mess. I really appreciate them taking care of us even from a distance. I only recommend them to my family and friends! read more

CMs did a amazing work on a difficult job at our house. We live on a lake with water that can be high or low based on weather. We needed multiple walls and a paver deck by the lake, but experienced a lot of rainfall. They completed the job fairly close to schedule, were courteous at all times, and kept the construction mess to a minimum. We had one place in the patio that sunk in a bit and they responded quickly with repair after 3 years. I would use them again without question, but probably won't need to because I believe the quality construction in our landscape will last a lifetime. read more

CM just told me that they could not fit their big trucks down my alley to do my backyard. I think that's a pretty lame excuse because I can fit a 32 foot camper using a jobsite dualie service truck complete with tool boxes on the sides down that alley and park it in my backyard. read more

I , too, have looked at the favorable reviews and can only conclude they must be employees/relatives of CM's. We have experienced numerous issues since our project was completed, and they have yet to address them. We call them repeatedly to come out and they show up and acknowledge them, but they never show up again to fix anything! This has been 2 years running! Also, we signed up for their bed and tree maintenance, and they destroyed my drip system in the flower beds. I had to fix it myself, because I couldn't rely on them to come in a timely manner or at all for that matter. Their crews absolutely pay no attention to detail. Their expressed warranties and customer service is nonexistent! I would NOT recommend to anyone. read more

We have used CM's now for 3 years and couldn't be happier. They have installed a paver patio, treated our lawn and done maintenance and repair on our sprinkler system. Every person I have interacted with at CM's has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Scheduling has been extremely easy and they show up when they say they will. If weather delays them, I have always received a call letting me know. I would highly recommend CM's to anyone looking honest and quality company for lawn care and landscaping. read more
