I reached out to a few services, and Neatly Yours provided a very reasonable, middle priced quote. Booking was a breeze, and the customer service representatives were very responsive. I scheduled about 10 days in advance, and they were incredibly flexible with timing. The job required two cleaners, and we were lucky enough to get Krismar and Yusmari. To give some context, the house had been sitting vacant for 10 months before we bought it, and the previous owner was a smoker. The place smelled old, musky, and smokey, and every glass and mirrored surface was covered in a thick haze. Krismar and Yusmari worked absolute magic. The smoke smell is completely gone! The glass and mirrors are literally so clear now, and the windows look almost new. They did a pristine job on everything: floors, baseboards, drawers, tiled walls, window sills, doors, porch, shelves, and even between the balusters. The only thing missed was the ceiling fan blades, but given the massive scope of the deep clean, it was a tiny oversight in an otherwise flawless job. I also really appreciated their communication and honesty. There were a few areas they couldn't get to (like a window that wouldn't open and a few blocked drawers), and they made sure to call those out to me. Before they left, they had me do a walkthrough to make sure I was happy. If you need a deep clean, I highly recommend Neatly Yours, and definitely ask for Krismar and Yusmari! I hope to not be moving anytime soon, but if I do, Neatly Yours will be getting my call for the new pre-move in cleaning!
