She was impressively responsive, extremely personable, and exquisitely professional. I had so many qualms and anxieties headed into the shoot that quickly dispersed once I met her in person and we got started. Melanie opened up her beautiful home to me and made me feel at ease. She gave me plenty of direction while still allowing me to share my creative suggestions. She kept to her word on when the initial proofs were to be delivered and I was blown away by what I saw. (My husband was too!) Melanie has a genuine knack for capturing the most beautiful aspects of any woman and putting them on film. I cannot wait to return again to do another photo shoot in a few years (or maybe even for maternity photos when that time comes). Her prices were so extremely competitive (even though she wasn't the cheapest) but the value I received from the quality of work surpasses what I paid. I was so upset because I spent so much money getting myself ready for the shoot (hair, tan, eyelashes, nails). Luckily, I was referred to Melanie with Siren Boudoir and she was able to take me that same day and I'm soooo happy she did! My pictures came out so much nicer, more polished, and definitely more professional looking than the pictures I saw on the other photographer's website. When I gave my pictures to my boyfriend for Christmas, he was literally speechless! I was so impressed that I recommended her to a friend. My friend went ahead and booked a session and loved it too! Melanie definitely makes you feel very comfortable (which can be difficult if you plan on being a half naked sexy seductress LOL). I love that I look like me in my pictures with the advantage and the best lighting and poses. LOL You will definitely be pleased with Melanie's work. She's not cheap, but you definitely get more for your buck with her. Besides, when you're getting boudoir shots captured, you don't want an amateur.
